I have had a lot of chocolate chip cookies in NYC and the pastry box is my absolute favorite now. I was not expecting much given the thinness of the cookie, me being partial to chubby, thick ones, but I was blown away by the flavor and the texture. The chocolate chip cookie here is perfect. It's bigger than my face, it's chewy, it has the perfect ratio of chocolate, and the salt adds a good balance. I literally devoured this cookie in under a minute. I honestly can't wait to have it again. I'll be sure to get 2 next time cuz I know I'll want more after having one.

This place just became one of my new favorite bakeries. It’s a tiny place with cutesy decor. But the baked goods mean business. You can tell they are made with love and attention to detail. The staff were knowledgeable and kind. Get the big cookie.

I traveled from Ct just for the chocolate chip cookies and low and behold I fell in love with the carrot cake, cinnamon roll, and the coffee cake. The owner Tiara is very friendly and humble. She will step out from the back of the shop to interact with her patrons. She is amazing and so are her baked goods.

Went here on a Sunday afternoon they were all sold out of cinnamon rolls but we got some cookies and they were amazing. They told us they would have a new batch of cinnamon rolls in an hour and a half so we went back and got them fresh and it was worth the wait. One of the best bakeries in the city!!!

First off, what the owner/baker is doing with these pastries are close to godliness because I will keep thinking about the pastries I got until the next time. I got the 1/4 lb chocolate cookie which had crispier edges and soft chewy middle without being super thick which is the exact texture of cookie I love. The STAR of the show for me was the yuzu olive oil cake. I was pretty skeptical when the other person recommended it to me but they seemed pretty sure so I gave it a shot. It was beautifully dense and moist and you can't taste the olive oil, such a beautiful color as well. The frosting on the top was perfect and wasn't too heavy or overpowering. My only qualm was the other person who was helping me, not the owner, told me I was particular as I was asking for suggestions in what baked goods to get since I had never been. Otherwise, everything was beautiful and looked delectable.
