The food and service were phenomenal! I enjoyed my meal from beginning to end not only because of the amazing staff & service provided but also the delicious food. A must when in Hell's Kitchen.

I can’t comment on the happy hour. But I can leave a comment on a Tuesday night at 10 pm. The owner and wait staff are exceptional. Service was great and the wine selection debatably better. The orange wine was great! Cheese board was also a nice compliment. If you want a taste of Europe, this is the spot!

I had a fantastic experience at The Purple Tongue wine Bar! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with perfect lighting that set the mood just right — cozy, elegant, and great for conversation.
The meatballs were absolutely delicious — perfectly seasoned, tender, and full of flavor. They’re definitely a must-try!
Our server Lina was outstanding — incredibly attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. She had the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth, which really made the evening special.
To top it off, Peter the manager/owner came by to check in and was equally kind and nice. It’s clear that the team here cares about creating a great experience for their guests.
I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

My first time dining here was a pleasant enough experience. The staff is friendly and attentive without hovering. I give them exceptionally high rating for making us feel welcome and appreciated as guests. The food while serviceable, was not distinctive, and the portions were too small. If you're a person who enjoys wine, but does not consider yourself a master, I reccomend this restaurant. I will be returning.
Great food, excellent service, and chill & quiet atmosphere (we visited around 6:30pm on 7/18, which is a Friday evening). All the menu items that we ate were delicious. We sat the bar, and the bartender was extremely attentive & friendly. Also, a very cool giraffe themed interior. Highly recommended.
