Terrible experience. Food was served about 50 minutes into an hour lunch. Needed to get it to go. Food was over cooked and cold. Never eating there again

The food was great, and our waiters were perfect. Everything was great until the bald bartender was extremely rude and made my friend and I extremely uncomfortable. He scolded us for having elbows on the table as if we were children, then when we tried ordering separate desserts and wanted to pack up the rest he again made us extremely uncomfortable and said that we need to finish it and that we can just work it off tomorrow. He didn’t talk to any of the other tables like this, and we felt extremely targeted even though we weren’t the only tables. He only interacted with ours and said those extremely rude comments. It was extremely uncomfortable to the point that even though the food was good, it completely turned us off from the idea of returning and we will absolutely not be recommending people to this place.

I wasn't so sure when I was reviewing the menu, but I had the halibut and it was one of the best prepared fish I've ever had.

It was a wonderful meal, very reasonably priced and delicious. Adam was fantastic, he made the experience amazing and made a super old fashioned. Would recommend you try it out!
Thank you!

Got the breakfast burrito which was oddly flavored (pico was sort of sour/had an odd taste) and came with rosemary potatoes which was also an odd combination of flavors with the burrito. Coffee was also not very good, sort of tasting like it came from a Keurig rather than a freshly brewed pot

We had a great brunch. Sat at the bar and talked with the bartender. He made us perfect irish coffee. Food was delicious.

Had a great night out at The Reading Room. Beautifully decorated for the holiday. Service was top notch right from the beginning to the end. Loved the brussel sprouts and chickpea appetizer and the crab cake was the best I've ever tried. Would highly recommend.

Went for brunch during busy holiday season. Amazing service and great, cozy atmosphere. Unfortunately, they were out of multiple menu items which left very little to choose from. May have just been very bad luck but it was disappointing nonetheless.

The food was decent and the drinks are pretty good as well. I was here for a business dinner. Close to grand central, the staff will rush you unfortunately though. Recommend the bar and certainly make and confirm reservations to avoid issues. I had the steak and fries which was a good option and the craft cocktails were very tasty . Not cheap, but recommended.
