Horrible service, tried to make me pay before I ate. The owner even called me names. Would never bring anyone here again.

Staff could do with learning some manners and customer skills, plus learn to smile instead of looking so solemn.

This place was ok. $52 for basic breakfast and coffee for 2. Food was fine for the most part. “Hashbrown/breakfast potatoes” were terribly undercooked and tasteless. I’d try elsewhere personally.

Traditional American Breakfast, clean atmosphere, overall good but not outstanding. However, the service was rude and didn’t take my drink order at all.

After so many years of coming to New York and choosing this restaurant with such a clean and bright atmosphere even with all the buzz from Times Square going on; it is time we find somewhere else. We sat by the window, which is always nice, the server was nice, not over the top, a bit shy but attentive, the food as usual came fast, the coffee was perfect.
Now, here is the deal breaker, there is a small Hispanic woman with a pixie cut like hair who was being very rude to other customers around, making what I’d consider not acceptable comments about people of color and the constant ugh… when referring to them while having side conversations to her coworkers in Spanish (I am a tourist from Spain so I understood everything)
We were lucky to have caring and attentive servers during all this years but to hear a person talk in such a disrespectful and hate filled way about other patrons is too much to ignore.
P.S. Usually a young manager is at the store but today he wasn’t there so no one to talk to.

Kid-friendliness: they don’t carry kids menu but at other times I’ve seen another server split certain plates into smaller portions so kids can share which works fine if you have two kids or more
