Wanted to try the place yesterday morning but when I walked in, the cashier was just digging into her pants and didn’t wash her hands after when she was taking my order so I felt grossed out, left and didn’t get anything. Please wash your hands!
Absolutely lovely. Smells amazing. Great quality coffee and great service! Nice outdoor seats.

I've been a daily customer for 30+ years. I buy my beans for home as well as a daily visit our two! Friends and family always appreciate the coffee and teas I send them as gifts. A charming and great neighborhood place!

A cozy, hidden gem on the Upper West Side, this coffee shop is the perfect spot for a quick pick-me-up or to grab beans for brewing at home. Their impressive selection of roasts and flavors guarantees something for everyone. The laid-back atmosphere and genuinely friendly staff never fail to put a smile on my face. If you're in the neighborhood, it's a must-visit!

Really nice place in quiet street. Store inside smell amazing, mix of a lot of different coffee beans with seasonal pumpkin! But no any experience of preparing coffee! No even difference between cortado and latte! So disappointing for coffee shop!
The whole entire shop is so cutee and smell amazing. I can even smell it from the outside of the store. The Baristas are so friendly and welcoming. You know what, it is only $2.95 dollars for a large coffee in the Upper West Side. I don’t know about you guys but I’ll be going to the store everyday lol.

Terrible. They just unwrap and sell gas station Apple fritters for $6.

Lu made me excellent smore with marshmallow. I really enjoyed it and all the guys are cool and welcoming. Love the vibe.
I remember walking into the Sensuos Bean many years ago, actually decades ago in the late 80's early 90's and I fell in love. I remember the aroma of the beans as being so rich and intoxicating... I bragged for years and sent their coffee as gifts to relatives and friends. The taste was amazing, however that is in the past and I just need to move on. My experience now is, no aroma, no lift in the mornings, the flavor the beans is not the same, many times I don't finish my cup of coffee... I keep hearing the song in my head; "You've lost that loving feeling, now it's gone, gone, gone"... and so am I.

I don't know what happen to their beans of Dark Mexican and French Roast, I believe I was sent the past three months expired beans. They were awful, no aroma or taste from both and I am a long time customer well no longer. My patronage is done.
Interesting experience at this coffee shop. Upon requesting the “barista” to add a hole to my punch card, she proceeded to punch the hole into an already existing one. Very sneaky and gross. Not sure why she would do something like that over a free coffee. Also received burnt beans. This establishment is an overpriced coffee shop with mediocre beans and discriminatory practices. Gross!I’ll spend my money on expensive better coffee elsewhere.
