Gave what used to be one of my favorite places in the city, 3 stars due to how Ro, Director of Guest Relations attended to my complaint, otherwise it would have been a 1 star for poor service by a female bar tender with black long hair. Her service was a bit classless and rude, I think because as I waited for my team of 12, I was drinking non-alcoholic beer—felt so uncomfortable. While in the restroom I explained to an employee, and that individual was very dissapointed and felt that her treatment was rude and convinced me to talk to the director who was there. I did, Ro was a true gentlemen, genuinely cares but he is not always there. So I will go see the bands somewhere else, some of which I have even hired for my company's events.

I absolutely loved this bar! The ambiance is amazing – cozy, stylish, and with such a great vibe that makes you want to stay all night. The live music is simply fantastic, creating the perfect atmosphere to enjoy the evening. The drinks are outstanding – every cocktail is crafted with so much care and tastes incredible.
Special shout-out to the bartender Jose – not only is he super friendly, but he also makes the best drinks ever… and the best part? You can enjoy them without waking up with a headache the next day! 🎉🍹.
If you’re looking for a place with great music, excellent drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere, this is definitely the spot. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This bar really disrespects women by imposing crazy dress codes (heels only). I showed up with my friend who was wearing a sundress, and he wouldn’t let her in because she was wearing sandals. He said it must be heels. I would like to see the bouncer wear heels! Spend your money elsewhere, there are many nice bars in the area - check out Obvio instead.

I can’t recommend Seville enough. It was actually the very first place I went out when I moved to New York, and after living here for three years and exploring so much of the city’s nightlife, it’s still my number one favorite spot. The vibe is truly unmatched—I haven’t found anywhere else quite like it, which is why I’ve become a regular.
The music is always on point, with the perfect mix of hip hop and 2000s throwbacks that keeps the energy high all night. The crowd is sophisticated, with a classy, black-tie feel. Ro and Francisco do a fantastic job managing the space and keeping everything running seamlessly.
What really sets Seville apart is the team behind the bar, especially Jose. Not only is he incredibly talented at what he does, but he’s also one of the kindest, funniest, and most genuine people I’ve met in the city. His energy adds so much to the experience, and he’s a big part of why I always look forward to coming back. One of the greatest gifts Seville has given me is the chance to know him, Ro and the rest of the amazing staff.
The best experience me and my girls ever had in New York City. Living in NYC for 10 years it’s still been the best place for a pregame to go or any kind of occasion. Me and couple my girls celebrated birthday here and every week we coming to visit my friend Francisco which works as a manager there book a table from him. If you wanna have the best time at the bar Jose the most skilled bartender will make your time brighter.
Live music almost every day which is so romantic for date and girls nights out. Favorite, the best, the sexiest bar

Perfect spot for a girls night or date night. Food is amazing and cocktails are fun. Francisco, the best manager - always goes above and beyond. Josè isn’t just a bartender - an artist. The doorman, host and the entire staff are so welcoming!

Josh and Austin are the BEST! Every time I come in, they make the night so fun. They’re not just amazing bartenders but they are hilarious, attentive, and always make you feel welcome. Their energy is infectious, and they have a way of turning a stop at the bar into the best night☺️

The Seville is hands down one of my favorite bars in the city, especially to bring guests.
When you walk in you are greeted with professionalism by Claudio and team. The bar has a nice vibe and Jose is always on point with excellent drinks and good energy. The live music is always very well done, no matter what day of the week, the DJ does not disappoint either.
The bathrooms are always clean and well maintained as well. 10/10 recommend 😇

The vibes are exactly what you want on a Thursday night. The live band (The Rakeim Walker Project) was exceptional and the main reason I would go back.
The velvet rope upon entry feels a bit more pretentious than exclusive. It’s just not necessary logistically speaking, but the hosts and security were welcoming and kind. The servers were super engaging and rather enjoyable, too.
My friends and I sat in the lounge which was comfortable and could easily accommodate three average sized women.
But I had to pull a couple stars for two important reasons: 1. Never have I ever had three tequila based drinks and not felt a thing. They’re definitely watering down the cocktails. The cocktails are technically reasonably priced for NYC, but when you factor in you’re just getting a lot of syrup and fizz, you’re not really getting your monies worth. I’m beyond the days of needing/wanting to get drunk when I go out, but… when I order tequila, I want tequila.
And 2. The food portions are waaaay too small. This isn’t a bar food joint so no one is expecting that, but the braised short ribs were about the size of a piece of sushi. Again, didn’t expect entree portions, but it did leave us wanting. Luckily the food scored marks for taste. And they do offer a substantial bread basket.
All in all, it’s a dope spot with very fun vibes. But as much as I appreciate their efforts to not raise food/drink prices, they may want to consider how to create more of a balance. The age range was mid-30s to early 40s so maybe they think their clientele isn’t discerning. Places like The Seville are gonna have to get creative and really think about the overall guest experience to get all five stars. Would give it another try, though.
Everything was amazing, specially the drinks. Jose is the best bartender!!
