Classic American staple. I have been craving a real burger for a while. Most pubs are doing the smash burger. Not my cup of tea. Let’s get down to the Smith burger. Cooked perfectly, flavors were great. Nothing overshadowed the meat. It was greasy, messy just the way a burger should be.

I was greeted with intentions and was approached as if I belonged to The Smith himself. I kid you not. I sat at the bar, and the bartender tended to me as I were his friend. I was grateful for this service because customers service is a dying art. I order the fried nugget with the jam sauce, braised short rib Malfadine, and an apple pie. I also had an old fashion. It was perfect. I was not rushed, the buss staff and front if the house staff were polite and courteous. Beautiful...
