The Mac and cheese, Sugar Donuts, Drinks, Eggs + Bacon, Steak and eggs was all a hit. The commute from upper west side to east village on a traffic filled highway in the middle of a Sunday day was worth the drive. Sadly our server themselves was not but I want to personally thank Quinn the manger for turning things around for us. She was empathetic and took time to just hear me out. It is people like Quinn that I will continue to dine. Already planning another day to head down...
The Smith in the East Village never disappoints! The food is exceptional, the vibe is fun and the staff is always on top of their game. The steaks are always our go to and never say no to the sticky toffee pudding!
Our server was very attentive, polite and helpful. The Mac and cheese was delicious as well as the kale and quinoa salad with grilled chicken. I enjoyed my dining experience here and recommend it. Will definitely return!
