Stonewall is amazing and historic. Jay is a doll. We had a great time.
Talk to Tree, he's been there for all the action. Very knowledgeable 😊

I came to nyc with my best friend. As a huge LGBTQ+ advocate, it was inevitable that I’d be at Stonewall and have some drinks. We were immediately greeted by Kristy… WOW! She’s amazing!!!! She was so nice!!! Her drinks are amazing… I wish all bar staff were as great as her!!!! I am definitely coming back every night while I’m in NYC! - Michael from Miami

Was excited to check this place out. Crowd looked happily mixed. Was excited to get a seat at the bar only to get ignored. For ages. We walked out.

Loved the atmosphere and their drinks!
My party had gotten a pinot grigio ($7 happy hour price), green tea shot, & appletini ($26 for the latter two). The prices are pretty standard and our bartender was very efficient. I’ll definitely be back again!

Historic local bar with friendly staff, good music and a show space upstairs. This is where it all started and you have to get a drink there as a pilgrimage at least once. Read up about the Stonewall Riot and visit this place and the national park across the street.

Disappointing Experience at Stonewall Inn
As lifelong supporters of the LGBTQ+ movement and as members of the community ourselves, we were incredibly disheartened by our experience at the Stonewall Inn. We stopped by for a quick drink with our 2-year-old son, thinking it would be a welcoming environment, especially given the Inn’s historical significance in the fight for acceptance and equality.
Initially, everything seemed fine, but after about 5 minutes, we were told that we couldn’t stay either outside or inside with our child. We were speechless. It felt like the very place that symbolizes resistance to arbitrary rules was enforcing a “no kids allowed” policy, even though our toddler wasn’t drinking or causing any disruption.
The LGBTQ+ movement has always been about inclusion, yet we felt alienated simply because we had our son with us. It’s ironic and saddening to experience this level of exclusion in a space that has stood for breaking down barriers. We left feeling unfairly treated and deeply disappointed that a place that champions acceptance couldn’t extend that same spirit to us as a family.
Stonewall, you missed the mark on this one.
lots of different people and music. it's fun to either dance or talk, it's built for both! they also bring in drag queens
