Clean, comfy, and delicious. Food prep in an open kitchen. Ma Jiang Mian was nutty and savory if you like dry noodles. Yum. They were sure accommodating when one of our dishes was not exactly to our liking. Thanks folks, we'll be back.

My wife and I had the best time at The Tang for our anniversary. The soup was hearty and flavorful, the wine was cold and crisp, and the egg-buns for dessert were excellent.

We got the Wolf Tooth Potatoes, Braised Beef Noodle Soup, Drunk Noodle, Spicy Aromatic Noodle, and finally the Creamy Egg Yolk Buns. The noodle dishes were quite different from each other and all fantastic.

The staff were attentive, and the place has a classy atmosphere....

I was seated easily on a Thursday night without a reservation. The food came out within 15 minutes, and the waiter was always refilling the water without me noticing. The Ma Jiang Mian was so good. Al dente noodles, creamy sauce, and fresh veggies. I almost took the extra sauce home with me.
I would definitely come back here for a cocktail with a friend. The neon lighting makes for a mysterious ambiance and good photos.
