We decided yo check The Three Monkeys out before going to the EST and we’re not disappointed! They had friendly staff and a great drink/food selection. Will definitely visit again next time we are in the area.

It was a nice place we found after strolling around the city because they didn't let us in to an Irish restaurant with our 2 kids on St. Patrick Day. :/Food looks good for most part, however was missing some touch to be great.Place is a pub. All seats were on highchairs, not ideal, but at least they accommodate us with seats.

No prices on drinks menu, turns out pint of Guinness is $12 (plus tax plus 20% tip). Staff was getting a bit annoying when a different person came to ask if we need anything pretty much every minute. At least they were nice unlike the bill...

The food at three monkeys was plentiful and of good quality, the pub feel was cool as well. But what made an ordinary afternoon extraordinary was the impeccable service from MacKenna. she was polite, professional, efficient and had a smile that reached her eyes- a rarity in the New York bars. I would go back to 3 monkeys but only if I can guarantee that MacKenna will wait on me! Well done on hiring great staff!!

Awesome service and great food! Beer selection was nice! Cool to hangout and watch the game, tell your girlfriend how beautiful she is then hit Broadway!

I was in the city on 54th at the Courtyard Mrriot across the and wanted something casual and under $100 which isn't easy if your looking for burger and few drinks. The place I should say at this time was NOISY they had extremely loud music and the place was packed so everyone had to talk loud. They had 35 beers on tap I was more interested in a basic cocktail which I was happy with and the bar tender was a reat guy. Ordered a burger and that was very very good. Overall I would want to try some other things, when I come back in the future I will be looking to try some other beers. If your reading my review 3 Monkey management the music really doesn't need to be quite that loud.

Great bar food and cocktails. Large beer menu. Had sliders and nachos. Irish Penicillin cocktail was excellent. Love the homey, neighborhood bar atmosphere. Sports on the tvs but can still hear the music and have a conversation.

My best friend and I went in for a quick drink before our dinner reservation. We checked several other bars before this one and all of them were either over packed, too small or just not right. We stumbled upon this one and were pleasantly surprised by the low crowds and the ambiance. Overall the place was great but the best part was our bartender Catherine. We got to talking about of Irish lineage. She was actually from Dublin and taught me little bit about the areas my family was from. I wholeheartedly recommend stopping by for a drink (especially if you are a Boston sports fan).

Went on Saint Patrick's day with friends after the NYC 1/2 Marathon. It was so crowded but they offered us a table outside in the heated section. The staff is so friendly and hard working. Our waitress immediately took our drink orders. This place has 37 varieties of beers! I'm not a beer person so I ordered a LA PIÑA-TA to start. So yummy with Bacardi Silver, Campari, Agave Syrup, Fresh Lime Juice, and Pineapple Juice. We decided to order a ton of appetizers to share. We got steak quesadillas, French fries, Buffalo chicken spring rolls and potato encrusted chicken tenders. Everything was so fresh and flavorful! The French fries were drawstring and not the best to be honest. They were soggy and lacking flavor. Everything else was great. Our waitress kept checking in on us the whole time. We did see a lot of people ordering flatbreads. They looked appetizing. Maybe we'll try that next time.

A nice little place for a lunch bier. The bartender is very nice and the tap list is long.
