Lovely atmosphere!
Received raw chicken on my chicken Caesar salad.. we left the waitress a tip but left with the blessing from the manager who was super apologetic.
I visited The Tuck Room during NYC Restaurant Week and had a great experience. I started with a Citrus Gin Sour, which was delicious, refreshing, and not overly sweet. The restaurant had a beautiful, modern decor, and the bathroom was spacious and thoughtfully designed.
For my first course, I had the Short Rib Bao Bun Sliders. While I enjoyed the tender short rib, I would preferred a more traditional bao bun.
My main course was the Duck Breast, which was perfectly seasoned and tender. The blueberry-ginger compote complemented the dish beautifully.

Had the opportunity to stop in during my last visit to the city. I had lower expectations since this was a bar attached to a movie theater. Once I stepped into the bar, I was surprised to see a large crowd and a cool space. I sat at the bar and ordered some appetizers and a Manhattan. What an amazing experience. Maria was the manager that evening. She did a great job managing a difficult guest, checking on the large party, and making me feel like I was at home! I would highly recommend this spot for your next party or to start out your night. Great spot, great people, and the wings are solid!

I’ve been going to tuck room for a very long time and I have always enjoyed my time for happy hour. I’ve watched the staff change many times over. However this time I go in to get a simple drink and was greeted at 5:30 ask for what kind of drink I want and waited 30 mins for a drink when a women came in after me and ordered got hers before me no explanation no anything so I kindly got up and left. I’m very disappointed and I feel when you have bartenders they should accommodate the person who came before rather than the person after it’s common sense. I will not be going back until they get staff members who know how to service.
I've gone here for the happy hour special in the past and had a good experience, but this last time was subpar. For starters no one should wait 20 minutes for fries. I never saw the waiter after i placed my order and was never followed up on thereafter. Most of the waiters seemed to pay more attention to the front portion of the bar than the back (where i was sitting) and there were a few people there. After realizing it was no longer worth waiting for service I had to walk to the cash register area to get the check bc literally no other person was following up. I'm hoping the wait staff can be more attentive in the future.

The wait staff was kind. Bathrooms very clean and nice. The artichoke dip was small in the dish. It wasn’t even an inch thick. The naan was burnt. My husband and I ordered the lobster roll which was good, but small. My son ordered the lobster mac. He said it was good, but it didn’t have a lot of lobster. My daughter ordered the salmon with black rice which she enjoyed. The menu is small with a larger drink menu. Our bill was $181 before tip.

Atmosphere is pretty cool. But burger was very mid. Server was very inattentive. Ordered an appetizer and waited to tell us 20 minutes after we ordered it they were out. We replaced the app with artichoke dip but again it took another 20 minutes and we already finished our burger before it came out.
Poor guy was working the upstairs bar and downstairs bar.
Maybe the restaurant is better when there is workers here?
I waited for my order for over 45 minutes, even though there were no other customers in the restaurant. Since I was already running late for my movie, I asked for the food to go. They just dumped the pasta with sauce into a cardboard box! Are you serious??? I asked for utensils, and they didn’t give me any — they told me to ask for them at the cinema. Please pay attention to your service!

the lemon pepper wings were so delicious, the passion fruit margarita 10/10. Had other entrees, like the chicken tacos, wasn’t really a fan but overall the food and drinks were amazing. And also our waiter was super friendly and nice!!

Service was ok... little hard to find sometimes when we needed something. Food was overall good although might not be the place if you're looking for more traditional cooks on food. Took my 73 y.o. Aunt here who loves salmon which they had but served with things like black rice and various toppings which she did not like. So she got them all on the side. The waiter brought out some 7 plates for her - 1 salmon and 6 different side plates for all the toppings. Appearance and decor was very loungey and cool.

Hidden gem! Always the nicest staff, but I have to call out the Cesar salad. It’s one of the better salads I’ve had in the city, and I have had many!. Perfect dressing with a hint of lemon, delicious grilled chicken, crunchy fresh croutons, crisp romaine, I order it light on the dressing and wow!!! Absolutely delicious! I wish I could have two.
Always delicious and I like that it isn’t crowded. Good drinks too!!!

Awesome food, wonderful service, and incredible ambiance. Giving 4 stars only due to time it took for food to come out (40ish minutes after ordering).
