Had a great night here and had a fair few drinks. However, my card was charged twice. Once on payment and once as an updated charge from the holding payment. My bill was $240. So in total they took $480. We went to the bar the next night to deal with it and they said they'd email. We then called them twice. They never emailed us. I'm now trying to deal with it through my bank to get the money back. Such a shame as we had a great night, but I guess they're up and extra $240 and know that tourists can't go back there.
Update: as I can't reply I'll update. Thank you but we've checked the email and the junk and we haven't received anything.

This is one of my favorite neighborhood bars. The drinks are reasonably priced and the service is fantastic. This is especially rare in NYC. I wad there watching the NCAA March madness game. I highly recommend this place.

Solid, small bar for a small group meet up. Seating at the bar and small tables throughout, and one area that’s more relaxed couch seating in a corner. TVs playing sports. Very decent beer selection both on tap and canned. Friendly staff and prices are fine.

Two nights ago I had a good experience. I left shaking hands with the bartender. Tonight 02/02/‘25 I had the worst but hilarious time. A bartender that didn’t understand much of someone that’s unusual and asks questions. And his attitude? Sad, very sad. Cheers
