I have been coming here for 3 years and it is my favorite spot to come and unwind at any time. I love every single bartender, busboy/ girl and server here. They are amazing but special shout outs to Sybil and Natasha my ultimate faves! They have literally been my therapy and have done nothing less than provide me with top notch service and comfort. It’s like cheers… it’s a family where everybody knows my name lol

It was the service that was hugely lacking here. We hadn't realised this place was attached to a hotel otherwise we wouldn't have ventured in.
Example of where the service was lacking. I had to go find the server to eventually ask for a dessert menu rather than be proactively asked. We did wait.... Then we were handed a dessert menu with 3 desserts on to be told that 2 of them weren't available.
OK. We waited and we waited and eventually went to find someone for the bill after deciding the massively lacking service this place wasn't worth any more of our money.
The food was OK. Nothing special.

Been here twice now, the first was for food, ordered the Irish breakfast expecting a great Irish breakfast not what I got, looked a bit pitiful for a proper Irish breakfast. Hate the fact you have to tip when the waitress looks anything but happy to be serving you. Second occasion called for a pint, not bad, good atmosphere, the ladies on the bar were very polite.

Unfortunately, the woman with glasses behind the bar was extremely rude. While it may have been an off day, several reviews suggest this isn’t an isolated incident. It’s a real shame, as the pub serves an excellent pint of Guinness.

I was very disappointed with the service at the bar. The bartender was consistently disrespectful and dismissive. Each time we asked for something, his attitude was neglectful and unprofessional. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing, and this bar does not deserve a return visit.

They have live music every Friday. Huge place, lots of space, good finger foods, and good Guinness. Close by grand central. Staff is always very kind! Outdoor patio is covered and heated. But the life music is really the major part - they play really nice instrumentals and it is a refreshing change for us working professionals. I often go with people after work to catch up and talk over a lovely atmosphere.

Women behind bar with the glasses has a terrible attitude, customer service is not her strong point. We were sat outside and wanted to pay the bill, no server to be seen after waiting a while, went inside to bar to settle and her attitude was shocking, told us abruptly that we need to settle with the server but I explained we have waited but there is no server out there, she marched us back outside mumbling something under her breath where we settled the bill, no thank you or anything she didn't even make eye contact or say a word to us. Totally unacceptable customer service, definitely wont be returning.
Cool atmosphere. Decent service but Do Not Eat There! We had the Reuben and French dip. The meat in both were dusgusting and both dry. Fries were cold. Go for a drink, nothing else.

Manhattan. Antiques everywhere. Phenomenal pours of Guinness. Packed on a Thursday night after work. Friendly crowd and standing room only.
Why not a 5? Impossible to get service at the bar. They were busy but understaffed. The table and private room staff were going insane trying to keep up.
