Our reservation didn't show up on the restaurant and they were rude at first, telling us to wait the normal time (10-15 minutes) instead of trying to resolve the open table reservation issue. We had to argue with them to get a table.

We wanted a dine in breakfast. We were seated quickly. Small but adequate menu. Water and coffee brought quickly. Our food was served not by our original server and that happens. It was strange that we had to flag down a server for condiments (salt, pepper, syrup, butter). Grandson liked his waffle.

My boyfriend and I are from Toronto, Canada, and came to New York with our little pup to enjoy a new city. So happy we added this to our list of things to do with our fur baby! The food was good, and my pup enjoyed hers as well. They were so kind to whip her something simple off of the lunch menu even though it was breakfast! However, near the end I'm not too sure where the service went? We were left alone for quite awhile and when we would call the server over to give us our bill + to go boxes, it took sometime and a couple of additional reminders until we actually were able to get it. Even then, once we paid and passed out bill, we had to remind them to give us our to-go boxes. The room was not even half full at the time as it was near opening so not too sure what happened there.. Nonetheless, it was a good experience.

Good atmosphere. Good Cocktails. And good Food. But without a doubt what makes this place one of the best in NewYork is the attention of its staff. Especially the attention of VALERIA. I put it in capital letters because she is without a doubt one of the best professionals in the sector of this Great City. Their love, kindness, and professionalism make you feel at home. Congratulations!! and thanks!! Luis and Maria.

Very appealing atmosphere with interesting art and lighting. I've only been here for private events but it's pretty awesome.

Basic food which is convenient for the hotel guests to grab quickly. Coffee was over priced and not even good. We had breakfast of bagels and waffles. Overpriced for below par quality. Staff were not the friendliest ones.

We had a great time, food was delicious, the ambience and service were terrific. Laura and Claire were really sweet. Thank you so much, for sure we are coming back next time we visit New York

Picked this place because it is dog friendly. My dog is very scared to be in public, but she was able to calm down at The Wilson because it was a very peaceful atmosphere. I had the chicken and waffles, which was great. My friend got the steak and eggs, which was amazing. The vibe was very nice!

amazing experience! the staff was friendly and everyone in the outdoor seating area had a dog with them so it was an enjoyable experience. They brought my pup out some water and gave him attention, he got to say hi to some of the neighboring dogs at other tables, he loveeeed his stead and steamed veggies with carrots and broccoli and because it was his birthday they brought himm out a pup paw shaped ice cream with a candle on it and said happy birthday. 10/10 experience and definitely recommend visiting if you have a well behaved pup who enjoys to eat

Awful service - from the ill-mannered hostesses to the amateur servers. I felt like an inconvenience the second I walked in. Our waiter kept leaving the table while taking our order and when my friend wanted her meal to be fixed, she was met with no resolution. No offer to remake it, no discount (which we weren't pining for), nothing.Tourists and locals - don't waste your money or time.

This place has a lovely, relaxing ambience. The bartender is very friendly and professional. They have a good happy hour, including well-priced margaritas and old/fashioneds, as well as small plates of delicious food. I really like their tuna poke tacos and the deep fried calamari. Their bluefish dip is pretty yummy too!
