One of my fav spots in nyc - a delicious, warm, filling meal for $10 bucks or under. Get the Thelewala Chicken or Aloo Paneer roll, so yummy! Chai is delicious too. Bring cash and you’ll get a % off your meal. 💕
So good! Limited seating but worth it!

My go to Indian food spot in west village!! They make your food really quickly and it is always delicious. Cute spot in a great location. Sitting area is very small so I would recommend getting to go if you’re with a group! Chai is okay.

Great chicken rolls.
They have different rolls depending upon your level of spice so it’s to order
The food is delicious

The initial impression of the Paneer Lime Roll was that it was good but needed sauce. Unfortunately, they give you no sauce (for whatever reason) and I felt it too dry. Need the chutneys on the side for Kati Rolls yet no one does it. Took it home added chutneys and actually wasn’t a fan. The Chicken Malai was not it for me. The fried egg probably threw me off. I know that’s the way it’s traditionally made but still the flavors weren’t hitting right for me. The Paneer was better than the chicken. I didn’t finish the chicken roll. I prefer Kati Roll across the street. They at least give green chutney too. Price was high as well, $22 for two Rolls.

My goto place to taste the usual spice that I grew up with while in India. This is much better than the Kati rolls chain and actually comes closer to real calcutta egg rolls that I loved back in the day.
Their ghugni parathas are awesome. Although simpleton, it’s an amazingly flavorful dish that I enjoy.

Extremely congested (3 people incl those ordering cannot even stand let alone eat). Very take it or leave it attitude. 4% extra charge if paying by card !! Good taste tho. Guess they should move on to a pure delivery only model.

The rolls were good. The place is really small but serves tasty chicken roll like eastern part of India. However, the Chai was awful!
Wheelchair accessibility: No accessibility for strollers and wheel chairs

I wouldn't recommend I didn't like it, doesn't taste anything close or even a bit like Indian food. Lacks appeal, taste, flavours of India.

Had their Chicken Malai Roll - costed about 11$ (in cash). It tasted good, but would not say that it was the best Kolkata kathi roll in New York.
Had kathi rolls at the Kathi Roll Company (Bryant Park) and at Chote Miya (Chelsea Market) as well. Would rank the rank the Kathi Roll we had here at the last in terms of taste and price. Felt that it was a little on the pricier side given that the other places price the same item much less but are more flavorful. Nonetheless, it is a good option if you are craving a Kolkata kathi roll and this is the easiest option, then give it a try.
It's a small place, so very limited seating space available.
Also paying by cash costs a little less than paying by credit card.
