Staff wasn’t super knowledgeable about what coffee specials were vegan but they had clearly marked pastries for sale. The chai muffin was super moist and yummy!! Coffee was good too

So initially this started our very well- the cashiers were so friendly and kind. Atmosphere is good, there was plenty of seating available. I ordered a grilled cheese and was surprised by what I received but figured I’d try it anyway. Halfway through I’m like ok this is burnt and not worth $6 so I went back for a refund- or a pastry and that’s when things got icky, a lady came out and was very dismissive and a bit rude actually, I would have accepted a no but was just seeing if they would actually make it right. Long story short, after a call to the manager I got a refund and a lecture and what was initially a 5 star visit turned into I won’t be back.

Went here for the quick coffee stop I ordered the mocha latte, I liked the place. Although couldn’t enjoy as I was in rush but it’s a cute cozy place if looking for a great coffee option around Hudson yards.
