Good service, all the guys are very friendly, excellent coffee
Coffee here is excellent and it has a relaxed vibe for work and study and conversation.
I was served the worst baked good ever. An awful, old, dry and hard brookie and charged almost $7 for that. I only realized that later because I took it to go, otherwise I would have complained there.
The bakery/food part is not fresh food. Ew.
Coffee is great, 1 GF cookie option but no gluten free bread available for sandwiches
So I arrived at 7:10am today to pick up coffee and the shutters were down. I’ve been coming here at the same time so for the past few days. The shop was closed and I checked the Google app to make sure that I got the time right. It did say it opens at 7am. The person staffing this location was outside taking some deliveries and she said that it’s closed. And I asked but does it not open at 7am or are the timings incorrect? She replied in a rude tone that she was busy taking deliveries and even if it says 7 it doesn’t exactly open at 7. I would have been fine if she said that they were running a bit late today but the manner in which she spoke was not a pleasant experience. I really like the coffee here but I guess this might be the end of it.
WIFI not working... Love the staff but wifi is not good at all ... Been trying to connect on their wifi for work meetings (last 2 years) and wifi always fails to connect or it's just slow... Today I had to leave a review b/c the price they charge students , the BEST thing they can do is have a working WIFI & make sure to pay the hard working staff more $
I ordered a cappuccino, the worst coffee I've ever tasted, I couldn't drink more than one sip.
Amazing coffee
Although Think on Mercer has always been great, and well managed, its present managers Nellie and Tootie are the best. Five stars in all categories!

What is up with the attitude of the guy that wore a beanie with a slight accent. Like chill can’t even say hi and doesn’t want to help answer questions about the menu.

The place is big with many tables and they have a lot of options for drinks and food.
The iced caramel latte is a 10/10

I always come here to study, there’s good WiFi, lots of seating, the food isn’t the best but it’s ok. The only reason I’m rating 1 is because of this ONE MAN WHO TOOK MY ORDER. HE’S SO RUDE AND GIVES ATTITUDE FOR NO REASON.
My first encounter with him, I was on my phone and didn’t realise it was my turn to order, so he had to wave at me to get my attention. Obviously that was my fault so I apologised and started to order as normal, and said thank you afterwards. He doesn’t even acknowledge my apology or my thank you, but instead takes my order looking really mad, which I understand I made you wait like 5 seconds but you’re a grown man! Why are you petty over something so small? Doesn’t ask me for my name for my order either, and I know think coffee usually asks.
Then today, I stood on line to order, unfortunately it was him taking orders again… I watched him smile and say hi to the other customers. Then when it was my turn, no smile, no greeting. I say hi! And get no answer. So I just order. He acts rudely, not like someone who works a customer service job. Which is totally fine, but being petty as a grown man is embarrassing.
I could be imagining this all but there’s another bad review on the same man so I know it’s not only me who feels this way.
I’m only giving this Think coffee 2 stars because of the memories I had here, otherwise this would be a 1 star for me. I’ve been going to this Think Coffee since I entered college 3 years ago and I loved it.
However recently, I’ve noticed that the prices have been going up but the quality and service has been going down. The apple cider soda I bought was around 8 bucks and the avocado toast was 8.50+tax. The cup was sized like a normal drink and they didn’t give me less ice when I asked for it, in fact, 70% of the drink was ice. The avocado toast was 60% beansprout and 40% toast and avocado.
Before this, I had thought it was strange that I asked to have my ham and cheese croissant warmed up but was refused with the only excuse being “we don’t do that here.” I’m confused… I’ve been coming here for a while and that’s never happened before. It just doesn’t make sense that I pay for a $6.50 +tax croissant and not get it heated up.
I’ve been trying to give this place a chance but it just seems like it’s changed. I avoid going here now but it’s a shame because it was close to one of my classes and I just thought it’d be a good breakfast place to go to. Unfortunately, I thought wrong.

Great coffee and delicious pastries in a nice space that's large but still intimate. Find your cozy corner and relax a while. Free WiFi and they won't rush you out. Outside steps to the second floor are a steep climb, but not a deal breaker.
