I ordered a banana bread, there was a brand new loaf which looked fluffy and moist, but it had a thin and unpleasant looking border slice.. guess which one the cashier gave me? I asked the cashier id he noticed and if he could give me a middle/ normal piece.. the cashier responded “no, that’s how life is sometimes”. Mmm yes, when there is people like you in it.. Clearly this is not only terrible service but also why are they selling the dry end of the loaf.. and who gives that to the first customer that orders it instead of leaving it till the end? Honestly that gal should look for a backend job.. not fit for hospitality. By the way, I did try the banana loaf and had to throw it away. Dry as hell. Terrible experience for a very fast interaction.

The place is often crowded, the tables are made in a away that makes it very difficult to use as a desk for writing, due to its spindly-carved top. The service is mediocre. Not exactly recommended, even though the coffeehouse is in a nice area with a welcoming entrance, even though the location is a bit hidden. Good location, but nothing much else is good.

I love this place! The only issues are that it gets too crowded and the bathroom is not always clean. I have to say, they've done their best designing it so more people would fit in, though. The staff has always been good and friendly.

I would not recommend this place honestly. I ordered today a hot chocolate and a mocha latte. The hot chocolate was cold and even after complaining the second version was still cold. The mocha latte was lukewarm at best. Also, the sink/counter area did not look clean and the spoon the barista used to stir the drinks looked overused and badly in need of being changed. Not worth the $10.

Been here both in the scorching heat and during the colder times of the year and yet I've yet to have a terrible experience. Granted the bathrooms aren't the nicest but this place is spacious, the service was fine, and the coffee tasted like fresh coffee. I'm an all black coffee drinker so some might get me and others shake their heads at this but I'm ok with it. Look.... this place is great for any type of meet up, to get work done or just to stop in and grab n' go. If you want great coffee to your liking... make it yourself otherwise enjoy this establishment for what it is.
