The cashier couldn’t understand that I wanted my hot tea in a small cup because I like it stronger, and proceeded to make it in a large one “because it’s the same price” (yes, one teabag would be the same price regardless of the amount of water you pour over it…)
I had to ask them to put it into a small cup after explaining twice. Tea was $5

Lovely coffee shop. Stopped in and the cashier was friendly, helpful and kind. The grill closes early so some sandwiches were available but we found something to snack on while resting our legs.

This is such a great coffee spot. I love Think Coffee! They have multiple locations throughout Manhattan. I was lucky to snag a seat for a while and enjoy my iced cold coffee. Very pleasant environment popular with college students. Just steps away from the MTA station and NYU. Definitely worth your while if you need a pick me up.

Needed to use the restroom, which was fine. So I got a Dirty chai, which was not only $9.50, but tasteless. Way too much ice as well. Felt like I paid $1.00 per mouthful. Won’t be back.

The staff are nice and the vibe is cute. I have been here before but I asked for a soy milk in my latte and they gave me dairy milk. How do you know I ask? Well I had to vomit in their bathroom as a result 😅

Great service, horrible iced matcha latte. I could barely taste the matcha, and the whole drink mainly tasted like watered down milk. I felt like I got ripped off given the lack of quality :/

I picked up a great lunch sandwich at this Think Coffee. The Mercer Focaccia with fresh mozzarella, pesto, roasted tomatoes and arugula. It was well prepared and a decent portion. I also grabbed a chocolate chip cookie and a cup of coffee to go. It looks like the local coffee shops are battling over who has the best chocolate chip cookie. I'll give this a 3.5 out of 5.
This Think gets, and stays busy Monday to Friday, especially when the local schools and universities are in session. Seating is available both inside and outside.

We’ve were in nyc for 5 days, and each day we carefully researched where we might get good coffee. And, tbh, they were all a bit off a bust. Then on our last morning we were walking down E28th and found Think Coffee - only 5 minutes walk from our hotel. It was hands down the best coffee we drank. A flat white was a real flat white, the cortardo was excellent. Thank you guys - such a pity we didn’t find you until we were leaving!!
