Putting in the order was easy. Unfortunately the kitchen had closed when we got there past 2:30 but I guess it was mainly breakfast. Got a pain au chocolat, which wasn't bad at all but not amazing. My chai iced coffee was pretty great though, I'd definitely recommend it.

I walked into the 4th Ave branch at 7:51 a.m. on a Wednesday and asked for a cupaccino.
"We didn't make espresso at this time."
Apparently, the espresso machine is down for repair.
Hopefully it will be fixed soon!

Second time having coffee here and I just love this place. Great coffee, very nice service and atmosphere, and really enjoyed the music.
Nice place and the food is good. I had a breakfast burrito which was very filling and delicious. The coffee on the other hand was very weak. I ordered a cold brew with two extra shots of espresso and it definitely did not have the extra shots. When I asked if they put it in the guy making the coffee and the guy from the register said two different things. At that point I just left it alone and through it in the garbage. Once again the food was great.

It was my first time visiting Unregular bakery and I absolutely loved the blue matcha and coffee shop environment. The vibe of this shop was so cozy my friend and I were able to snag a seat by the window. We enjoyed a bombaspritz and strawberry shesscake the flavor were out of this work. I highly recommend these 2 options. My friend and I will be going back.

My husband and I are visiting New York and this coffee shop is close to our hotel. The white, bald cashier man with tattoos was disgustingly rude and responded to everything we said with a terrible attitude. Such a negative start to the morning. The other two female workers were pleasant and helpful which we appreciated after the bad experience. The coffee/food was good and the shop itself was beautiful, but we will pick somewhere else to get coffee next time. No excuse for the bad treatment of customers.
