it’s about the small things with this place. Yesterday I came here three separate times to try to find a spot, but it was completely packed without a single available seat every time. So today I came in a little earlier in the hopes of finding a seat and I did! I found one empty table that had a large tray with used napkins some paper cups, and half eaten food on the table. I asked the person sitting next to the table if whoever sat there was still here or if they left. They said that they had left and they had been gone for a long time, but the table had not been cleared up. So I decided to take the mugs the tray and clean the half eaten food away with some napkins and wiped the table myself. at this point I was invested in the spot and I really wanted to make it work. Next I ordered coffee and it took them 16 minutes between paying and me getting my coffee, I looked at the time. What’s also weird is that if you wanna get a large latte they don’t have mugs big enough so they will give it to you in a paper cup even if you ask for it for here. Very strange. lastly, there were two more things that ended up making me write this review. First of all, there are two different lines for the counter on the left and the right side of this divider that they have and upon asking the barista where I should queue, and where the real line is because people kept skipping the line and messing up the order she just said she didn’t know and they don’t have a system. So apparently you can just queue wherever you want and it’s very frustrating when people skip the line. Lastly would make me leave after just about 20 minutes of sitting down is the fact that their music kept skipping and the speakers kept struggling. imagine you’re at a house party and the guy who’s connected to the Bluetooth goes to the bathroom and it just keeps breaking up. That’s what it sounds like. I asked the barista and she said she’ll check on it. five minutes later it hadn’t been fixed so I went and asked her again and she said yeah there’s just really nothing they can do about it and it’s always like this. So maybe the first time when she said she was gonna do something about it she lied? I don’t really know.

It’s so sad to me that this place is so big with so much seating and they make such nice coffee but then they really messed up in the small things and I don’t think I’ll be coming back. All of these are fixable problems

Good food good coffee lots of seating, but played ear shatteringly loud Lorax/Mulan/Nightmare Before Christmas soundtracks the whole time I was there. Was not pleasant for me, a laptop user, or for the groups of friends around me. Please change the music, I beg of thee!!!!!!

A place with particularly memorable decorations and interior. The coffee taste was average. There are so many attractive cafes in New York that it's actually hard to choose a favorite. Think Coffee was just average for me.

On October 20 at 9:20 AM I ordered a cup of coffee and a bagel after my order was taken. I observed the cashier behind the register eating something and licking her fingers afterwards and continue to pursue to the next customer while the other employee just stood there eating something himself and looking at her why people were waiting really need to remove the ghetto From the business And the business will survive I find it disgusting that that woman was licking her fingers, but the other boy was just standing there watching her and eating himself not very customer service friendly either may not go back

The space is large with nice decor, but the barista is flat - that said, the coffee is ok (not great, not terrible). The major problem with this location is that while the space by the front/windows is ok, anywhere back from the barista station reeks - not sure if they ever clean back there because it's dark, but then begs the question of cleanliness of the whole place/food/drinks.

Very roomy spot with cool art for sale on the walls. Don’t get the apple cider soda if you aren’t into sickening sweet drinks. Eight bucks down the drain with the two of us not even able to drink it.

Remarkably dirty, lack of speed or attention to detail and watered down expensive drinks.

Def lots of space and large sitting areas. Lacks charging outlets terribly for the size of the space. I think I only saw 4 outlets, which were all being used so limited with that. Cold as can be which is nice on a hot day. Chill atmosphere. Def has great nap potential. Drink was fine, nothing too special all around. Decent place

A Spacious cafe with nice ambiance, promot service and supporting local artists (some wall paintings were for sale). Too bad soy milk was not available. Matcha Latte was OK.
But one small bathroom for such big place is not enough. And it drastically contrasts with a pleasant ambiance of the cafe (no mirror, no hook for a purse, super dim and vandalized with political graffitis).

Kid-friendliness: Enought space to have a stroller in

Consistent extremely foul stench of body odor in the coffee shop. Otherwise, I highly recommend.
