I am a longtime neighborhood resident this is a great coffee shop. The coffee is great and the food selections are great too I love their cold brew coffee the most. There’s a lot of places to sit hang out read eat. It’s a great little oasis at the corner of 14th and eighth which is otherwise very busy.

I used to love Think coffee and had been sitting in their coffee shops decades. But this location smells like urine, like in a public bathroom or on the subway platform. It’s that very distinct new york city smell. I feel so sad. Would never step foot in here again ?

Came here with friends for a bit of coffee. This coffee spot had a great vibe to it and was actually super roomy (with a section in the back where we sat).There were plenty of options on the menu. Will be back to try out more of their coffees in the future
I paid $7 plus tip for a small cup of ice with a little bit of matcha latte in it. My cup was left on the countertop open with other customers reaching over it and talking over it. In addition it did not taste good. The restroom was dingy dark and dirty. The toilet paper roll was hanging from something that look like it was easy for it to fall off onto the floor when you try to peel off any of the toilet paper. I was suspicious and I used my own. There was graffiti on the wall. It did not look artistic it just looked like they got tired of getting rid of it. I'll not be visiting this business ever again.

Was visiting New York for the first time and was wanting to try something other than Starbucks and was left completely disappointed with Think Coffee. When attempting to order I was waiting for the the cashier to get off her phone to take my order. Once I realized she was actually taking my order but still not greeting me or saying a word I finished placing my order and was already disappointed with the service. Thinking the food and white mocha would make up for it only to be left unsatisfied again. The sandwich was dry and felt stale and the mocha was like any other mocha anywhere. Terrible customer service and distasteful food.

I always stop here before my hair appointment just a few blocks away and it’s definitely the better coffee option in the area. There’s enough space to work or just sit down with your coffee and they’re always super efficient. The holiday flavors are a treat too! The graham cracker latte is so good, and while the pistachio mocha was not for me, it was prepared perfectly.

look how pretty the coffeee is. smelled like dookke but i think it was my shoes oops. cute sitting places only downside was i lost my trapper hat soon later but hopefully some homeless guy took it and was warm instead of some wannnabe fashion designer x oh yeah thanks for the coffee cheaper than starbucks and it’s fun to watch them make it and also starbucks is annoying and their coffee is gross
