I am so disappointed this morning with my breakfast. I have had pretty decent food here in the past but this morning was unacceptable. I paid 11 dollars for a burrito that had old stale sour tasting potatoes in it. When I bit into it it felt and tasted like they had microwaved old pieces of potatoes from earlier this week. I took the potatoes out and surely enough they were gray ish in color, stale and just gross. When you pay this much for a burrito at a non fast food place you would expect the food to be at least someone what fresh. If you wouldn’t eat something like this why serve it to a customer? Please do better people work hard and pay for good quality. Other than the unacceptable old reheated potatoes the burrito would’ve actually been pretty good.

This shop charges incorrectly — a small 12oz cold brew is labeled as $5 on the menu but I was charged $7.5 before tax/tip. Shady business practice and far too expensive even by NYC standards. Will not return or recommend.

Nice place to visit in Little Italy. The stuff is really nice. He even let me charge my phone using his charger. The iced coffee was also great

The barista that was serving me today was rude, she didn’t greet me or said thank you. When she asked small or large, I said large but she asked me again very rudely small or large. That was rude and she didn’t even say sorry. That a Soho location there are lot of tourists from all over the world, that could have accents. That is absolutely rude and not courteous behaviour, I didn’t catch her name but I think such behaviour shouldn’t be tolerated. I am thinking now to avoid this location in the future
Coffee is good, but they bs about the restroom being out of order…
I had a black coffee the cashier is rude and not welcoming I don’t recommend this place as it is tiny

No WiFi :(
Lovely coffee shop with interesting names for their specialty coffee. I came across while going to my job and had a special presentation.
I will recommend thir blue ginger lavender lemonade. Is not blue :c, but it has an amazing purple lavender color :) Another one if you don't like cold drinks. it is the graham cracker latte 😗. Nice texture and flavor. The croissants are an okay option if you are in a rush. Otherwise, you could choose other things in the menue.
Specialty coffee grade 70%.

Okay first the person at the register has the worst attitude, if you’re not gonna be friendly or welcoming working at a coffee shop please don’t work there. Also, ordered a latte - what size? small. $5.72
the small size latte is basically an espresso shot and has no taste. Its overpriced and serving bland. wish I went to any other coffeeshop in the area but here. The most dissapointing coffee in the whole neighborhood and a waste of money frankly.
