I truly like the cozy atmosphere of this place! I've visited multiple times and have always enjoyed my experiences. However, I must share one small issue: the plantain dish was a bit disappointing. I appreciate the tapas concept, but the plantain seemed out of place in the menu. The presentation was poor and strange. Unfortunately, what disappointed us the most was the texture. As someone from Colombia, and my friend being Dominican, we could tell the plantain had been frozen before, which isn't how we're accustomed to eating it. It tasked to me like precooked bought plantain. Heyyy, we're not the plantain police, but we wanted to give the restaurant this feedback. Despite this one disappointment, we still love the place. 💚💚

YUM! It’s SUPER loud inside and seating fills up quick. No reservations. I’ve gone at 9 pm and 5:30 pm. Both times just a table for two and small wait time. I can see groups waiting by the front for 30+ minutes. Food is phenomenal. They’re really good about dietary restrictions, but their menu is small. Definitely recommend popcorn chicken. Their alc drinks are crazy too. Get one with the light. Just trust.

This is my second time dining at Thursday Kitchen and my experience both times have been amazing! I came on a Saturday at 6 pm for a party of 2 and the wait time was 30 minutes. I highly recommend getting the edamame dumpling, Korean chicken, steak (!!!) and the truffle Mac and cheese. These are meant as tapas so if you're hungry, plan your order accordingly. Just a heads up if you want to order more food towards the end, there is usually a 30 minute wait so it's best to order at the beginning. Overall no complaints and definitely one of my favorite dining experience!

Decided to go to Thursday Kitchen on a random and cold monday and it was a fantastic meal. Totally love sharing small plates and love that nothing on the menu surpassed $17.
They serve water as fast as you sit down and have an awesome allergy sheet to alert the kitchen and other staff about what allergies you have.
All the food was pretty awesome I must say.
This is what I ate and what I really loved I put stars next to.

Also finished with both desserts (I prefer the Popcorn Ice cream) and their draft beer with yuzu mix. The ginger turmeric tea was also great. Simple and to the point.
I will definitely be back. Also if you’re a blackbird user they take the currensy as well. If you don’t know what that is and want to know hit me up!

Chill ambiance. Loved their plates and playing. Yes to the paella and steak. Meh to the popcorn chicken ( basically expensive kung pow), asparagus and tacos.

Good drinks, very refreshing matcha tini. Chilaquiles were surprising saucy but still crunchy. Edamame dumplings were like mushy peas inside but good flavor. Gnocchi not great- drowned in sauce and took like 40 mins to come out. a disturbing mixture of teokboki and gnochi-

Honestly one of the best restaurants I’ve ever experienced. Food was great (although expensive) but worth the price. Staff was friendly and food came out relatively quickly

I went there today with my 2 other friends (3 people total) we got about 8 dishes and the total was $165(not including tip). I left feeling full and happy. The atmosphere was great and the food was overall good with some duds.
Ranking of the stuff I tried
1. Truffle Mac and cheese - MY Favorite thing thing here!!! Delicious absolutely scrumptious. Rich truffle and mustard like taste and very very cheesy.
2. Steak with grits- steak was cooked a pretty pink/reddish(just the way I love) and the grits and greens were delicious !!! This and the truffle Mac are absolute must haves. You HAVE to try them. Will come back just for these again.
3. Soft shell crab - tasty crab (good portion full crab) with wasabi sauce. I don’t usually like wasabi but the taste was interesting and tasty here
4.Tuna tar tar tacos- perfect for three people because you get 3, tasty but kinda pricy for three tiny tacos. Still yummy tho!!
5. Popcorn chicken- tasty and seasoned well, about what you’d expect from popcorn chicken. I’ve had better though but still good.
6. Ugly potato - it was okay, wish there was more sauce or seasoning. But it’s a fried potato with feta chunks. The portion is good. I wouldn’t get it again.
7. Kimchi paella - it was okay. Good amount of kimchi and seafood but not seasoned to my taste.
8. Noodles- not good at all. Did not enjoy the seasoning or the taste. Texture was good
We also had the popcorn icecream which was tasty- vanilla ice cream with peanut nuts and caramel. I’m not a huge caramel sauce person but I enjoyed it. Nothing crazy.
I also had a cucumber lime drink in a glowing pouch and i thought the pouches were such a fun touch(only reason I got one). I found the taste refreshing and tasty!
I hope to come back soon and try more things! The waiter recommended the dumplings. Will report my thoughts soon.

Recommended dishes: Truffle Mac \u0026 Cheese, Steak with Grits
Tried: edamame dumplings (were made with truffle oil, really liked them), gnocchi (a bit spicy but so good), steak (also really good), popcorn ice cream (had manjar so that makes it soo okay to have ice cream for dinner at a restaurant)
