This used to be my neighborhood spot and I would come at least once or twice a week. Nine months of not living in NYC, I still get cravings for their ground chicken Chongqing noodle. If I could give this place 1000 stars I would... Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to some Thy's hot noodles on a cold day!

Ordered twice-- loved the noodles! BUT the potstickers, which were $9.99 for 10 I remember, were from Trader Joe's. I've been buying the Trader Joe's potsticker for years and recognize the shape and flavor too well to make a mistake. I think they were also microwaved instead of pan-fried because the edges were all dried up in a very specific way. I was so excited for the potstickers because of the good reviews of this place, so I was very disappointed when I took one bite of the dumpling and realized that I had the exact same thing in my freezer that I bought for half of the price.

They are back! The prices increased but that's to be expected due to coronavirus and needing to pay rent and make up for loss of business. Their dumplings are still amazing and I love their dumpling sauce - it's full of garlic and deliciousness. Happy that they are back and please support local business :)

WOOHOO! They have re-opened! I had the delicious veggie Chongqing noodles, shredded potatoes and sweet/spicy chicken wontons.

Dan Dan noodles - very good. The mild is pretty spicy so just be cautious!

Blessed to have had Thy's Noodles move into my neighborhood. It has quickly replaced a few local Indian restaurants as my local take-out favorite! I LOVE their Chongqing noodles, Pork & Extra Spicy. I am just starting to explore the menu but given how amazing the Chongqing noodles are, I'm convinced everything will be great. Additionally, their rice noodles are actually excellent here as an alternate to wheat noodles. It only takes 5-10 minutes for your order to be prepared but please note that the hours they have listed online are inaccurate - sometimes they close at 9 PM but sometimes even earlier. Can't say much more about Thy's except that I had it for lunch and am would totally have it again for Dinner! Highly recommended, A+++++++!

I've been dying to find a place that has reallly good and saucy Dan Dan noodles and I'm so happy that I found Thy's noodles!! I ordered in delivery and got the Vegan Dan Dan noodles with medium spice. I can eat spicy food but wasn't sure about the spice levels of this place - def would get the spice level above it. The sauce came in a separate container and was more than enough for the noodles - it was saucy with every biteee. The quantity was also pretty good. In and all they were delicious and at a decent price level.

This is a good noodle spot near by flatiron but there is a lot of inconsistency in the food here which is why 3 stars. On some days you get a really good noodles with the expected spice levels and more veggies and some days it's totally bland. The veggie with no broth has broth in it and the noodle with broth doesn't have broth. I usually go for the A1 here and spice level of mild which on a normal day would be enough for me. Remember they don't joke about the spice level so order their spicy only if you can really really really take that much spice. I have a pretty good spice tolerance and I can go for mild and medium. But sometimes the mild is too bland for my taste and sometimes the medium is too bland as well. Also at times they put in more veggies with your noodles which I like and sometimes they don't put any even if you order the same thing. I wish they were more consistent with their flavors. This is my go to spot when I crave for some hot noodles. Only risk is I pray for them to get the spice and flavor right on mine that day until I find some better place.

Hot damn these were some noodles! Stopped in for a quick bite, decided on some Dandan noodles. A lot of places will mess around when it comes to spice, and I'm normally left disappointed. Not today! When you order spicy, you will get REAL spicy. On top of that, the guy behind the counter was nice enough to offer an extra sprinkling of special Chinese Pepper, which helps to numb the mouth. Absolutely delightful, will be back again soon!

A very small, cafe kind of place. Nothing fancy, doesn’t even have a public restroom but the food is delicious. I got the Chengdu dan dan noodles with pork and extra scallions, extremely good. My friend got braised beef noodles and liked it too. Friendly, quick service. Wish they had hot tea.

Although I can not remember the name of my order I can tell you it was so GOOD! The portion was perfect I honestly could have left some for tomorrow but I could not stop eating it. Not to mention it was cheap!! And I love the fact that I could choose how spicy I wanted my noodles.
