Ordered 2 drinks and their chicken dumplings through DoorDash. After taking a bite of a dumpling I noticed the chicken was completely raw, I checked the rest and they were also raw.

I’ve come to this boba shop for a very long time and have always enjoyed the drinks and the workers, however i don’t understand how this shop has remained open with its terrible owners. They’re closeted racists and are openly homophobic, after some time i’ve also seen that they don’t even pay their employees minimum wage nor do they give their hard workers any respect. This behavior is appalling and i think that they should be reported if they don’t get their act together. Aside from that, the drinks and food aren’t bad but the store is a bit dirty with some bugs here and there.

Boba was good, but it was just a terrible experience. They didn't have any tapioca balls because they ran out and it took over 20 minutes for two drinks. I always tip cash, when I was checking out the "no tip" option is non-existent. I was told to put "add tip" at $0.00 for it to go through...it just felt so scummy. Boba was not bad by any means, but that's just so scummy. Won't be coming back here

Ordered 1 bubble tea at 4pm and they said they were almost out of bubbles and offered other toppings.I had walked 12 blocks to grab the tea, and it just felt silly a bubble tea shop could run out of bubbles 4 hours from closing. Like a coffee shop running out of coffee...The flavor was great and the service was great. Just hope they manage their ingredient count better in future. ?

Really nice service and bubble tea. There are only 2 employees, but they get the drinks out pretty fast. I'm glad that they have a bubble tea shop nearby City College. It may get busy during lunch break. Definitely recommend.
