The rice balls were pretty tasty, but my Mango Green Tea was completely undrinkable. The tea was way oversteeped, which made it bitter from the green tea and overly floral from the jasmine. Maybe an off day for them? I will try again another day or try a tea-free blend next time. I will update my review if I try it again.

This place is very welcoming there drinks are amazing especially the passion fruit slush, and the worker Sebastian is very nice and patient and he is nice!

Ordered 3 times in the span of one month on TooGoodToGo. It was supposed to be a surprise bag of boba, but unfortunately, the 3 times I ordered. I’ve only received the same two bobas. The bobas are premade with ice, so by the time you get them they’re already watered down. Apparently, the manager tells the staff to give out only those two flavors. I’m assuming they give out those specific bobas because they don’t sell too well. It’s unfortunate because I really enjoy the boba/atmosphere of tidal tea. Please have more variety for your customers on TooGoodToGo so we keep coming back. Thank you

such a shame I have to leave such a low review, the customer service is extremely crude. been going to this place even before they switched locations in harlem and their teas and staff have always been great. A staff member did my order incorrect and then proceeded to be extremely rude when i respectfully reported the mistake disheartening, will not be returning again.

Very good place to chillax and enjoy some drinks with friends. I want to give a shoutout to the white boy with glasses and black beautiful hair for treating me with nice hospitality. The games were fire🔥10/10 recommend.

I visited Harlem today, my home neighborhood, and was looking for a cozy spot to grab some tea and get a bit of work done. I found a place called TitleT through Google and decided to stop by.
Unfortunately, as soon as I walked in, I felt unwelcome. It was disappointing — especially in a historically Black community like Harlem — to be met with cold energy and no greeting from the woman at the register, who was white. Instead of a welcome, I was met with uncomfortable stares that made me feel completely out of place in my own community.
I ended up leaving without ordering anything because the vibe was just that uncomfortable. It’s disheartening to see places come into our neighborhoods through gentrification and then act as if we don’t belong.
I can’t speak for everyone’s experience, but I personally would not recommend this place. The lack of hospitality and the energy I felt was enough for me to take my business elsewhere.
