Between three p m and seven p m is the best time. Choice of rice and meat selection between ten to fifteen dollars. Knowledge of the prices depending on time and staff is a plus. The food there is still decent, but it is not great like before. Service has always been average, and the atmosphere is not comfortable before you feel hot, as if you were the one cooking the food. Imagine the smell of your clothes when you get out. The food had also gotten way too expensive compared to other similar places in the area.

This is my 2nd time coming here. I had the green plantains. It was okay. Some of the plantains were a little mushy inside. I didn't really care for the season that was used. Also when I asked for garlic, the server told me they didn't have anymore(it's early). I'm like how⁉️.. I asked again.... Then all of the sudden she went behind the counter and gave me garlic. That bothered me a little. ??

I paid $25 for a whole chicken (pollo entero) and rice (Moro de habichuelas). The rice was dry and had a burnt (fire) taste to it and the chicken looked good on the outside but inside it is undercooked. I will not return to this place.
After leaving the only thing I am missing about New York. The best food ever. I kind of fall in love with Dominican cousins only because of this place. Gracias !

There is such a large variety of foods to choose from from the various options of arroz, pollo, carne, plantains. Helpful staff too, friendly and quick service. I made a large order of food and they forgot to put an item in the bag I called them back about it and they forcing me to cross back from New Jersey mind you I would have to pay for toll to cross back to New York again and they didn't even offer any credit or compensation for their mishaps forcing me to spend more money on the trip back for both gas and toll
