Awesome time at tiger sugar in Chinatown, always good as expected. Prices are relatively good.
Got the black sugar boba with cream mousse. Delicious! Not too sweet, not too watery. It paired well with a nice scoop of cookies and cream ice cream as a little sweet treat.
Tiger sugar boba will always have the best Black sugar boba drinks. But I feel like they need to add an option to add more sugar because when I’m in need of a sweet tooth I feel the need for more sugar. But by far Tiger sugar has the best desserts and I hope to try more of their items instead of only getting their Black sugar boba drinks. The building is very nice and is perfect for taking pictures, though it’s very limited seating so don’t linger too much.
VERY good boba. Was cold and started raining outside and came in and got a drink. Menu is very simple and straightforward. Order at the kiosk. I got the classic brown sugar boba with less sugar and cheese foam. It was rich and delicious. I got the small because I was full but I wish I got the large. I got mine iced but I feel like it would have been REALLY good if it was hot. Needed to try here because I have a TigerSugar opening up back in my hometown so now I know what to expect and I'm SO excited. Can't wait
The tarts are so good.
I’ve had the original brown sugar milk in Gongguan, Taipei. This didn’t taste exactly the same, but it’s just as good. Delicious egg tarts, too!
Cream Puff is like a cloud! Light, delicious cream wrapped in shortcrust pastry - a fairy tale!
Tiger Sugar is a true gem nestled in New York. What sets this place apart is their commitment to quality and affordability. Each drink is crafted with care, using fresh ingredients and expertly brewed tea. The boba pearls are chewy, sweet, and absolutely delightful. True and authentic Taiwanese boba!
The service is incredibly fast, especially with the self-order screens, turning it into the perfect spot for a quick pick-me-up. These touchscreens make everything easier, faster and less awkward especially for busy people. Tiger Sugar is a must-visit.
The mango sago always hit, very refreshing.
Recommend mango sago.

Decent quality tea and pastries. Good amount of seating, but no bathroom so you can't stay too long.

The green tea taste like it was brewed hot, and the leaves were left in it for a long time. The tannins are way too strong.

I went this morning and the attitude wasn’t great. The girl worker seemed pretty annoyed but I understand because she was working by herself and had to do cashier while making drinks too (understaff?). She seemed in a rush when taking my order and just dump the change in my hands with some coins falling on the ground. I thought she was gonna apologize and say a simple sorry but she just walked away. Later, I heard her kind of talking fiercely to a little boy while taking his order which made it an awful experiment.
