First time at Tim Ho Wan. Dim sum was delicious. Everyone in the party enjoyed the dumplings buns rib. Variety was limited from what we're used to but still delicious!
Outstanding dim sum as always. Rice rolls impeccable, pork buns irresistible, etc. A must when in Hells Kitchen.
Tried some dim sums here. Pork buns, pork wontons, cucumbers, shrimp dumplings were all delicious.
Always love coming here. Good food, good service, very accommodating.
Every meal is tasty and reasonably priced in terms of location. The overall portion is not big, but people can try a few more meals, the taste is really excellent. I have been here many times, and now I miss its taste.
It’s better than many other Dim Sum around, but definitely the worst Tim Ho Wan I’ve tried so far. The taste is different as the original, I’ve had many times in HK, and tried in Australia, and Hawaii, much much better than this in NYC. The chicken feet tasted a bit weird and way too soft, braised beef was chewy, tunip cakes were burnt, the most disappointing dish was the bbq pork buns which supposed was their signature, but tasted just average!
Modest in appearance but tasty and inexpensive food. Limited but very reliable menu. Recommend their variety of rice noodle dishes —especially with shrimp— as well as the spicy sesame cucumber salad.
Service was really good however this specific location doesn't live up to the hype. The one in Katy, TX is better.
1. The chicken feet was soggy and was likely sitting in the sauce for a while. It was not good.
2. The fried milk sticks are good
3. Deep fried shrimp wontons are good
4. The beef rice rolls have soy sauce that tasted off and watered down
5. Mango slush and coconut foam was good
6. Pork wontons in chili oil tasted very nutty if you like that
I would not recommend this spot or come back.
I would recommend dim sum in chinatown or flushing.
It's also very expensive for what it is.
I ordered takeout at the store. The things came out stapled in a bag so I couldn’t check, but they end up missing two items.
Very good Dimsum chain store restaurant! Good quality and value! Highly recommended

I had an incredible dining experience at Tim Ho Wan! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with the perfect balance of tradition and comfort. The service was attentive, and the staff made great recommendations.
The dim sum was outstanding—each bite bursting with fresh flavors and expertly crafted textures. The har gow (shrimp dumplings) were delicate and perfectly steamed, while the siu mai had the ideal balance of pork and shrimp. The BBQ pork buns were soft, fluffy, and filled with sweet-savory goodness. We also loved the turnip cakes and the perfectly pan-fried dumplings.
Every dish arrived fresh and hot, and the tea selection complemented the meal beautifully. Whether you’re a dim sum enthusiast or a first-timer, this place is a must-visit. Can’t wait to return!
Great food but tiny portions . This is Midtown NYC you didnt expect a discoint did you ?!?
Excellent Dim Sum restaurant with all the best options for dim sum. I had nearly 1 of everything! The sake is also fantastic.
It’s a well known Dim Sum chain restaurant in the world and I have been to the original one in Hong Kong. The pineapple barbecue pork bun is a must try !
They have a small menu so don’t expect to see all the dim sum at this location. Every time I came here , no line no wait.
Not authentic, extremely expensive and a waste of time. Completely overrated. Doesn’t even serve tea with their dim sum. A shame to the culture. Portions (on every dish) are 1/3 the size of what they’re supposed to be. Go anywhere else.
