Worst place. Abominable schedules, food and drinks, no toilets. The clients are rushed one after the other even when there is little queue. I would not recommend to anyone. Some musics are not the worse as a positive note.

Waiting times are a bit longed than anticipated.

Was almost as good as the ones I've tried in Canada, but they didn't have timbits or iced Capps when we went. Also there was only one person working the station though that seems the norm for the nearby shops as well. Expect a small wait if there's a line. The iced coffee was still good as the one in Canada though.

This place sells muffins, donuts, sandwiches, coffee and delicious "Timbits" I received a coupon in the mail and didn't had a problem using it at Tim Hortons. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I first had Tim Horton Lemon Poppyseed muffins in Toronto Canada, now I'm "hooked" I try to make a quick stop once a week.

In which cities I would not always be happy to visit this network! We have been here too! Clean and clear

Always stop by in the winter weather that their organic coffee make my day warmer! And my favorite donut is Raspberry, it is different from other donuts places, Tim makes chewy donuts that caught my attention because I m not a fan of donut at all. Perfect comfortable combination = hot house blend coffee + raspberry donut !!!

I ordered a meal which was supposed to come with a medium coffee and hash brown sticks (plural). Instead I got a small coffee and one stick (singular). I had no time to complain because service is slow and so my train was beginning to board by the time I got my food. Coffee was decent. Mediocre food, but edible.

It's cheap, but the donuts and the breakfast sandwiches are terrible. They're edible, but that's the only positive thing I can think to say.

Craving Tim Hortons. Page says it closes at midnight, spent an hour coming here, finally found it in the labyrinth of a complex, cool still 10:00, wait in line, girl behind the counter says "We're closed". We told her. She didn't give a damn. What a waste of time. Oh and for others, it's in Penn Station, keep walking past Krispy Kreme, stay to the right to your disappointment.

Terrible experience!!! The server made Ice Coffee which tasted like diluted coffee water, tasted the same even after asking her to take out the ice. The server was also rude and wasn’t willing to listen!! Never going back!!

my canadian friend recommended this place to me so i decided to try it. I have to say it is nothing comprared to dunkin’ donuts. the frozen lemonade is too sweet and the timbits taste like they were once stale and then someone added chemicals to re- sell them and make them “fresh”. I would choose anything over this and it might be because i’m american, but i would not recommend this to anyone. The hot chocolate was nasty and the donuts tasted burnt. Overall, as i’m writing this i feel like i’m going to be sick from eating these timbits

We are huge Tim Hortons fans as we use to live in Canada. So while visiting NYC and saw that one existed there, we went. But unfortunately everything was off! First of all the location, in Penn Station is not at all appealing. The iced cappuccino did not have that OMG flavor, the coffee and French vanilla cappuccino didn't taste the same either. These are all items that we've had hundreds of times over the years and they were always consistent in Canada. Something got lost crossing over the border, which is maybe why so many locations in the NE have closed. It's very unfortunate and we were super disappointed! Don't waste your time searching it out, go to Starbucks sadly.
