This is my first time to write a review for a food truck, not just in NYC, but anywhere in the world!! New York is pretty awesome, but it’s also crazy expensive. Yesterday morning I made a decision to try and spend as little money as possible. My first stop for breakfast was this amazing Lotte food truck located at the corner of 32nd St and Park Ave. We each got a small coffee and a bagel for a total of only $5.50!! WOW, It’s hard to find a deal like that here. The coffee tasted great and the bagel was delicious. The lady that served us was so nice, friendly and she had a super warm personality. Have a look at their menu, it’s so affordable and so tasty. Please give this place a try if you happen to pass by - you won’t be disappointed. Thank you so much

Breakfast burrito and croissant sandwich was good.
11/09 Order ham with pico de gallo. Where is the ham??
11/12 Order egg & cheese on a bagel. Why is the bagel so burnt?! How disappointing. I will not be going back again.
First time ordering breakfast from here and I definitely enjoyed it! I was told they make bacon egg and cheeses very good so I decided to order for pickup a Well Done bacon egg and cheese on a roll with salt, pepper and extra bacon with an over easy egg. Sadly my train came late and made me pickup the soggy breakfast sandwich. It tasted good even though I got the wrong type of eggs! Not sure if they don’t make the eggs different but I’m glad it still tasted good and not cold. I’m glad they kept it warm somehow! The guy on the phone was nice & didn’t get upset that I came late to pickup the sandwich and there was nobody around so it was very good timing to pickup my order. I will definitely be ordering from here again and trying their other dishes for breakfast and lunch!
So good! Definitely recommend

Usually this place is very welcoming and kind, the man that works here especially has great customer service. However, i ordered an egg and cheese on a bagel and received a sandwhich with bacon on it. I am visibly muslim and am 100% sure i didn't order bacon. I had to come all the way back to explain the dilemma to which they were kind of annoyed by. I got my "correct" sandwich but when I went back to my office--i opened it and noticed they only removed the bacon on the SAME sandwhich. I could visibly see traces of bacon and the oil on my bagel and smell the bacon. This is highly unacceptable on so many levels. I told them I do not eat pork, and they still served it to me to avoid throwing out a sandwich. That was a waste of time and money. They even spent a while back there to make it seem like they were cooking anew sandwich but weren't. I am upset and won't be buying from them again.
Dietary restrictions: do not respect halal food/ non-pork cross contamination

Me and my mom were walking from her doc appt. We saw this good truck. 3 very jive ladies running the truck. I asked for two burritos without meat. This was absolutely delicious. It was tight nothing fell out Spanish rice, black beans, pico de gallo, sour cream, lettuce, and cheese. I added hot sauce when I got home I was going to save half for dinner. I ended up eating the whole entire burrito. My mother enjoyed hers also. Next time I’m in that area 32nd St. and Park Avenue south I will be going to this truck and trying something new but if you’re in the area try the burrito.
Vegetarian options: They made me a vegetarian burrito, and it was delicious.

Excellent food good taste of the tacosI loved the al pastor taco
Good Mexican food, they have beef birria and many more meats, the food is delicious
Food was very good, especially the lunch cheese puffs, but the BLT was rather plain, while still tasty. Kale salad was excellent. It is important to understand this is *not* a typical restaurants. It is 6-8 tables in the lobby of a small boutique hotel, near a bar. It is not a separate room. With so few tables, the wait staff was pretty attentive. It was a great venue for a team luncheon, but a bit awkward as a client lunch location.
The place is good for private parties. The food is good. The people were very nice. the hotel is gorgeous. The only problem is that the food took to long to come out.
Possibly worst experience ever . Service non existent , zero focus on service or hospitality , inability to understand a positive a customer experience . Entire order incorrect. Inability to react to feedback in the moment or respond to a follow up to management .
