I was so excited to try this spot. However, these were some of the worst fish tacos I’ve ever had. My fish was too oily and not properly cooked, tacos lacked any flavor, and my plate was dirty. The presentation was also sad, looked like it was just thrown on the plate. I was overall very disappointed.

The DJ was lit 🔥 and the Girl bartender was nice but to be charged 15% table fee to my bill when I was sitting at the bar by myself was extremely tacky lol and $2 for sour cream that was nasty and taste and have the texture of cream cheese, 2 $20 tacos with more onions that tortilla was crazy as well….it’s giving I will pass in future reference.

Pork chops were simply amazing my friend ordered the pork special which looked amazing but wasn’t as tasty it was tender but very fatty and the sauce just wasn’t good. They sat us in the seat outside which near a ramp so I had to be careful not to move too much. The server gave excellent service. Overall the experience was good I may return if there is no where else to go.
Worst experience ever, please spend your money anywhere else I had decided to dine here bc I needed a calm clean place to sit and saw that they were having a special on tacos so I was excited to try the fish tacos I was greeted politely and was seated, but I was sitting there for 40 minutes. Nobody had come to take my order , and another couple came in two minutes after me and they had already had their drinks and put their order in for their food and I felt it was being racist because the couple was white and me being Hispanic it made me feel some type of way and more white people came in and they were serviced quickly. I wasn’t looking my best. My hair was a little messy. I had my backpack because I just came out of work, but I should have never been treated the way I was I should’ve been had my food and had my drinks and everyone was just staring at me and nobody had ever came up in those 40 minutes that I was sitting there to ask me about my order. On top of that, I went to the bathroom and when I came back, my menu wasn’t on the table anymore. Mind you the bathroom was incredibly musty the nastiest bathroom I’ve ever seen in my life. McDonald’s has a cleaner bathroom than what I saw. Then the server at the end had the audacity to say have a good day. Safe to say I will never visit this place again, needs better customer service and employees!

Went here for dinner on Sunday night. They advertise "City Island in Harlem" seafood on weekends. This was the worst seafood experience I've ever had. I ordered steamed mussels. My son ordered the seafood pasta. Many of the mussels on both plates were empty when opened (photo included). When we brought this to the manager's attention, we were given another order of mussels. These were mussels on the half shell, something I've never seen with steamed mussels. They appeared to be dry and overcooked, so we didnt bother eating them. My son's dish was missing the calamari and white fish listed on the menu. The manager then brought over a saucer with 2 pieces of calamari and a small piece of white fish with a lemon wedge to add to his plate.
The experience at this restaurant was way below par. I would not recommend ordering any seafood here.

Uncovering a Harlem Treasure - Tios Bistro
As you step into Tios Bistro, located in the heart of Harlem, you may presume it's merely a standard, dimly lit eatery in the area. However, this delightful spot has a captivating secret: a generous and welcoming outdoor dining area that guarantees a memorable culinary adventure.
The ambiance within Tios Bistro is intentionally modest, with mellow lighting that cultivates an intimate and snug atmosphere. You'll encounter an abundance of seating choices, and theres no shortage of outdoor seating offering a rejuvenating retreat from the lively Harlem streets.
While the drinks at Tios Bistro may not have been particularly remarkable (or strong), the cuisine was a redeeming factor. Their steak tacos were bussing. The succulent, well-seasoned steak is complemented by crisp, tangy garnishes that meld together to create an unforgettable taste sensation. These tacos alone justify a visit to Tios Bistro.
What further enhances the dining experience at Tios Bistro is the exceptional customer service, especially from Q, the bartender. Q was attentiveness, and commitment to exceeding expectations ensure I felt cherished and well attended to during their stay.
In summary, Tios Bistro may at first glance seem like just another Harlem establishment, but it is a hidden treasure well worth unearthing. The inviting outdoor space, combined with the mouthwatering steak tacos and outstanding customer service, make this a dining destination that demands attention. I will DEFINITELY be back!!!

I've been to Tios on two occasions to celebrate friends' birthday. Both times, the service was poor. I was told they were under new management both times. I hope that things would change for the better and they begin to thrive. Not a wide menu and very, very small. My friend ordered a drink ?(Titos and a splash of cranberry. She was charged 14 dollars for the liquor and 2 dollars for the splash of cranberry juice). Way too expensive for an 8 oz drink. Why doesn't the drink come with juice? Anyways, I have no intentions ever to return but I do wish them luck.
