I wanted to end my two-week trip to New York at the best restaurant I'd eaten at during my stay. Tipsy Shanghai was the best restaurant I visited during my two weeks in New York. My daughter and I promised each other that we would definitely go back if we ever visit New York again. It was the best meal I had in New York! Two thumbs up!!!

Meh, at best.
Service was basically nonexistent, and the vibe felt more irritated than welcoming. Our server had zero charm, which set the tone. Nothing was bad enough to complain about, just not good enough to return.

Delicious Shanghai style food! The XLB is the best we’ve had, the meat is seasoned similar to local old-school restaurants in Shanghai. Our favorite items were the veggie and salted meat fried rice and the sour and spicy fish dish. Highly recommend a visit, the customer service and cleanliness are also top notch.
