The worst customer service and management at this restaurant. I was supposed to be refunded for a meal I got ill from and have been reaching out to this establishment for a year now and no one has had the decency to call me back due to this issue. The manager JC told me I would receive a refund and I never received it and when I called the restaurant back JC no longer worked there. How coincidentally. The owner Said refuses to call me back and told his employees to ignore my calls. How’s that for running a fairly new business in a new area. No one should go to this restaurant as they don’t treat customers properly.

We spontaneously went to Tiramisu and got a table straight away. Although the restaurant was busy, we were very well looked after. The waiters are all very attentive and are available immediately if you need anything. The food was also great and was brought to us quickly. The two wines were also excellent. Overall, highly recommended.

I've been eating at Tiramisu for years. The food has always been good and the service amazing. On Saturday Oct 12th 2024- I ordered take out from them (as I've done often since covid) Pasta (Spaghetti w/Clam sauce), a salad, and there was an option on the menu for "extra shaved parmesan cheese" and one option for "extra parmesan". I clicked the Extra shaved parm and paid an additional $2.50. The food arrives.. and instead of an Side of Shaved parm - I received 2 small containers of the powder parm --not shaved. I call Tiramisu. I tell them the situation and the manager argues with me for 10 mins..then finally agrees to send me some shaved parmesean (which I paid for) then starts to harass me - says "why are you making such a big deal about $2.50...I say I want shaved parm...he argues with me again and then refuses to send me the cheese and then calls me CHEAP. Unbelievable! I call him an "a-- ----(not proud of that) and hang up. I never got the cheese and the pasta is so overcooked I couldn't eat it. What happened to this beautiful restaurant???
Soooo...Tiramisu RESPONDED to this Review...saying that they don't offer shaved parmesean on the menu...Last Saturday night....It was ON THE MENU....I SAW IT. The manager I spoke to saw it....and was upset that I was "making a big deal about $2.50! He said that at least 3 times....And now....suddenly "shaved parmesean is NOT the menu. Yeah...its not now...but it was on Saturday night! Now Tiramisus is gaslighting me. NICE.

This place was DELICIOUS! Tried the carbonara and penne alla vodka. Both were amazing. The waiter was super attentive. We sat outside on a sunny weekday under the awning and enjoyed people watching. Finished off with the tiramisu which was also amazing. Definitely recommend this place for a yummy lunch or dinner.

The chef doesn’t want to serve us dinner and and the owner hates his loyal customers. We have been going for years . They have good reviews but don’t care about their loyal customers. Avoid this place . We are banned from eating there after one time sending back food that the kitchen made a mistake.

What a wonderful gem in New York. From the decor, to the ambiance, to the service and not to forget the FOOD! Everything was amazing. It is a great place to visit for a relaxing meal. Highly recommend checking out Tiramisu!
I was craving tiramisu and my boyfriend saw this place literally named tiramisu was open still and decided to order pick up. We came in for a pick up we were so excited but the moment I took a bite it had a slight mildew flavor. The next day my boyfriend and I are nauseous and he’s throwing up so if you want to get food poisoning just stop here for a late night treat.

Me and my friend were soo excited to try their tiramisu, but our waiter just spoiled our mood as we told them that we are here just for trying their tiramisu. We asked him that can the restaurant make fresh table tiramisu for us, for which he replied yes and then bought 2 slices of tiramisu from the back! We were okay with that but the tiramisu tasted very dry , it had no flavour! It was our worst experience!!! How can a restaurant named tiramisu deliver a tiramisu this bad!!

I went on Sunday with my family my cousin recommended TIRAMISU well let me tell you it was Fantastic, Great food cooked to perfection staff was wonderful courteous. A Special Thank you to Juan Carlos very Attentive, Great service, Professional made us feel very welcomed. Now for the best part of this restaurant The Kitchen was very impressive the cleanest I have ever seen it was like Grand Opening ready. Lastly the Bathrooms both were Amazingly clean. Highly Recommend TIRAMISU Will go back and I’m from Staten Island worth the trip. Thanks Elvis

Wonderful experience, we came for the tiramisu but enjoyed our entrees as well. The staff was so welcoming and very gracious. The tiramisu was excellent but a bit softer / warmer than I personally like, still one of the better tiramisu’s I’ve had in the city but the hunt for the best continues.
The old location was good, but a few days ago I had chicken parm and it was like eating leather. Never again!

They really make you feel at home and taken care off. Best drinks I had in a while. Also very sweet when my bad math skills messed up writing the check. Nice place.

Tiramsu in its new location continues to be a great restaurant. Its menu keeps the authenticity of Italian cuisine with New York elegance. Atmosphere is friendly and sophisticated at the same time. Deserts are unequal, from tiramisu to chocolate souffle to gelato!! Service superb. Try it. You'll love it.
