Great selection of healthy food choices and fresh, made to order meals and salads at unbelievably low prices. The staff and check out clerks were super friendly. Comforting to know you aren't going to get price gouged when you have a family member in the ICU.

Clean, good food, plenty of choices. For a hospital Cafe, pretty darn good. More than reasonable prices. Tops in my book.

This Cafe isn't all that , personally I think that this Cafe was designed only for rich people. Come on , a little cup of coffee is almost $4.00 and when they smile at you when you order something it make you feel like you have just entered the Twilights Zone . With the prices they got for you you might as well be in the Twilights Zone . Buy your food from the outside before you come in that NYU Hospital.

Açaí bowl is bomb- it’s huge, costs $8, comes with all the toppings and the granola is mad good. Not to mention the omelette station.
Update: love the veggie straws too
Clean and lots of options. Given not for me as there was only a few eggless/meatless options but none the less sufficiently spacious. I had the mashed potatoes and a falafel vegan wrap.
Insanely low prices (under $10 for a fancy filling meal), amazing food (most made in front of you), multiple cuisines + types of food and great portions. Ample seating is also available. Very strongly recommend both for visitors and staff at the medical center. Not your typical hospital cafeteria.
They also have employee discounts.
They additionally also have bananas, yogurts, parfait, fruit, sandwiches, salads, soups, pasta, smoothies etc.

The hospital is great but the people who work at the cafe here are terrible. They should really be more sensitive about comments they make about orders (was made fun of, pretty much called fat, for ordering two sides, kale and mashed potatoes along with cauliflower) especially since I’m only here because my family member is in the hospital.
