Went at 3:30pm on a Saturday. The wait for my order was long(20 mins) though there were about 3 ppl in from of me in the store. I ordered two meals and a drink. Fries were not cooked all the way. Tenders were very small and taste like Burger King frozen tenders. So disappointing

The best fried chicken and bubble tea I ever had in New York! Definitely a must try when you are in midtown. Chicken sandwich and tenders are super juicy and yummy. Bubble tea is Kungfu Tea, my fav! Great value for money. Staff are very friendly. You can eat well with only $10/15! I love the peppers so much!!! Highly recommend!

It’s 3:30 pm on a weekday and the manager has some kind of hype club mix absolutely blasting from the speakers. It’s impossible to hear anything and really unbearable. It’s all well and good to try and live out your dream of being a nightclub owner, but this is a bubble tea shop…

I am rating this 5 stars to get more reach but my real review is 2 stars. I ordered a four pice chicken wing with a side of churro fries for about $11 after tax. Each “wing” was smaller than my thumb. The churro fries were a yam/sweet potato fries covered in batter and cinnamon sugar. They tasted horrible. I strongly recommend bubble tea however. It is good.

Very poor quality, small pieces, and they are constantly running out of items that you've ordered online. Would avoid if at all possible.Better options nearby include Sweet Chick, Bobwhite Counter, and Popeye's (natch.)

It's okay. I used to order from here with the ap but it's been incredibly glitchy for the past 6 months. This location doesn't open until 11:30 which is disappointing since I often have to take an early lunch at work. I wish it opened at 11 so I could order and then pick up in time for my lunch. I find that this location is often out of the dressing I prefer and there have been a few times in which my to go order has been missing items and I need to go back to the store. There's been a number of times where the POS system isnt working and they aren't taking orders. The chicken is good and I particularly think the spicy chicken is delicious. There's a good selection of sides from cheese curds to mashed potatoes. I just wish the location was better managed.

I wish they bring the real fried chicken from Taiwan to nyc with more breadcrumbs outside.

The chicken tenders and chicken wings we ordered are very tasty. However, the chicken wing on the picture are actually a full wing but they are actually only half. That is kind of misleading in my opinion.

Ordered a drink for pickup on grubhub. When I went there about 10 to 15 minutes later, they didn’t even make my drink, the guy at the register didn’t even know about the grubhub order and it took him awhile to make it even though the place was dead with maybe like 3 other people seated inside. It was also so humid and warm inside with not even a breeze from a fan, I wanted to escape the heat and humidity but the inside wasn’t any cooler. I’m giving 2 stars because the guy was at least nice and the drink was pretty good.

This was straight up not goodI got a combo with three tenders and a bubble milk tea drink. The fried chicken tenders: Absolutely mediocre. It was more fried than chicken. There were not three tenders, but five undercooked, measly, small tenders. This may sound goofy to the reader, but the tenders looked dead. This food was pale because it was clearly not fried enough. Was it stale? I don't know, but the seasoning was barely there or you would miss it. Not a good look for a fried chicken place. The worst part is that the food screams prefried, then frozen. There is no way this was fried on the location. You usually should know to not expect this in this type of place, but if you make good food, sometimes you can fool the customer into thinking it was prepared better. The curly fries: Mediocre again. They were overcooked and oily. You know that bad fry taste? That's how it was.The biscuit: A little above mediocre, decent maybe? That's because this was clearly bought at a wholesale provider of biscuits. Premade. It was a bit brittle, which tells me it was either stale, or overcooked. I hope it was overcooked, because I took a bite and it completely fell apart. So rigid. My suggestion? Don't waste your time going here. Fast food is meant to be fast, but when the food is fast because you are rushing my meal in an empty store, what are you doing? Come on, do better. If my food will be better with a minute longer delay, wait. Maybe they're new to this, I don't know. But do you want to risk this?
