Great food.

$7 for a small protein bar?? what a joke!!

We stayed at the Hilton Garden in on 63 W 35th St and decided not to include breakfast in our stay, but rather find NYC deli’s and do it like the locals. We were not disappointed. We did find a good deli on our first day, but there was no seating and this was a requirement, me being on crutches from a sprained ankle, so running out of time, we went to McDonalds…Oh well. But! On the second day, we found Toast, situated between 35th and 6th Avenue. What a treat! It covers two floors. The ground floor offering freshly cooked or prepared meals and smoothies, to a hot and cold buffet and and upstairs dining area. It is beautifully laid out and inviting. The team are ruthlessly efficient and friendly and you can see why, this place is busy, catering for all manner of New Yorkers starting their day. All in all, this is a great alternative to hotel paid breakfasts. It is cheaper, friendlier, and more immersive. We went there 3 days straight. Visit Toast if you can!

We were trying to find a place to eat healthy bc we have a 13 months old, and this place was what we needed , they had beans , garbanzo, grilled chicken, avocado and many kind of fruits. And the people were nice with us. Thank you !

Very convenient that they are open 24 hours a day! Very wide variety of food. Worth it! There is also space above to sit and eat there! Very expensive though!

We ate the sesame chicken rice noodles. It was ok but $$33 00..the place clean the omelet was also good

I spent 3 days in New York and found Toast next to my hotel (no restaurant) on 35th street. Terrific quality for reasonable price. I wonder why people got to Starbucks. You get everything you can imagine for dine-in breakfast, lunch and dinner or talk away. Highly recommended.

What a bad service. They can't even answer the question. They just pretend they don't hear you. So much anger in the eyes of the service staff. I won't go there again. The mood is ruined, and besides, the soup is terrible, absolutely not tasty. A waste of money.

We absolutely loved our visit to Toast Cafe today for the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade. Their private event was managed so well and the food, drinks and service were top notch!!! The sushi was amazing. So grateful to the staff for putting together such an amazing event. Absolutely perfect way to see the parade! Thank you, Toast Cafe!!

The place is dirty. What can and should be done with food tongs is done with hands without gloves. The second floor is completely unsanitary. The floor is sticky, the tables are dirty. Strange people who look like homeless people are sitting there. The sour smell of garbage and alcohol immediately hits your nose. Watch your things, it's definitely not safe there.

It was around the corner from our Hotel and was a great place to get a great homemade bagel, sandwich, coffee ect.
