We had reservations for 6:15 and they took deposit with the credit card on file, we live at jersey city, took Uber for the special occasion and only to find out that they weren’t even open?

The dishes at this exquisite and delicious French restaurant are truly refined, and the elegant atmosphere adds a touch of class! I found my life's foie gras here! Each dish showcases the chef's masterful culinary skills, with sauces that blend fruit aromas to create an unlimited charm. I especially love the foie gras with mango and the duck breast with orange—fragrant, sweet, and very distinctive!

Past its peak unfortunately. Sushi not the quality it used to be unfortunately. Living of its past?

Our family LOVES Tocqueville!!! This restaurant is a must destination for us. The food is out of this world!! The angel hair pasta with uni, the duck, halibut, and lobster is all fantastic! It’s the way the chef transform these ingredients into something out of this world! The presentation is masterful!! The staff at the restaurant brings the dining experience to another level!! Tocqueville is one of our favorite restaurant. Number one in Manhattan!!!

Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to shell fish and my daughter has nut allergies. We have no problem finding multiple selections to suit our needs.

Parking: We took a cab from uptown so don’t know about parking.

Kid-friendliness: I haven’t seen little kids there yet. Teenagers definitely.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not an issue. Restaurant is on the ground level. Plenty of room.

Went there on Christmas. The serving size is a little bit small, which is like most French restaurants. The food was so good and the atmosphere is perfect for dating and private

This was the most quietest dining experience I've ever had in my life. You could probably hear a pin drop if it did. It was somewhat uncomfortable as we were very cautious of the volume while speaking. My group and I did the 7 course, and I would say it wasn't exactly satisfying. It was extremely heavy and I didn't feel too great after the meal. The mocktails were wonderful though!

Very rubbish, these people don't know how to cook at all.Point's five-courseThe steamed egg with foie gras was served cold; The halibut served after waiting for 25 minutes was actually cold;Only the duck was ok (the pears and apples on the same plate were awful)All the dishes are salty, sweet and bitter. If I had known that they advertised themselves as French, "AMERICAN" would not have come at all - American chefs would not be able to cook.

The food was good, great atmosphere, staff was friendly and attentive but SERVICE IS SLOW!!! It took 3 hours for 3 course meal . Waited maybe 1 hour to just get a menu. Will probably not come back but it’s a cute experience if you can spare the time.

15 East is one of the most popular fine dining restaurants on RED and we finally gave it a visit on our anniversary. The decor is brilliant and beautiful with intimate ambiance.Their portion was great, so 3-course was enough for us to enjoy our night. One of our favorites was the Cheese Bread from Amuse, the texture was soft and chewy with flavorful taste.Sea Urchin and Angel Hair Carbonara from our 1st course was extremely rich and creamy but not greasy at all. Their Duck Breast was one of my favorites recently and it was cooked properly, soft & tender. Our dessert was amazingly beautiful with delicate taste. This is their Costa Rican Cold Poached Pineapple.

An exceptional, amazing and world class experience at 15 EAST @ Tocqueville. The chef’s tasting menu with 5 courses was delicious, innovative and refined to perfection. Even the small details are taken care of, the presentation is top notch and the staff of very attentive and courteous, making sure that guests have a great experience. I really loved all five dishes (the octopus, black sea bass, risotto, duck a l’orange and the Costa Rican gold poached pineapple). I’d recommend this lovely restaurant for any occasion, in particular for dates, birthdays, or anniversaries. The experience is totally worth it. They offer different tasting menus, but the guests also have a choice of doing la Carte menu, which is awesome!
