Really tasty! Some vegetarian food, the cauliflower dish was great. Some mistakes were made where we got the wrong food, but they were super good and brining it back and fixing it!

Save your money. This restaurant does not appropriately label their menu items. Their menu labels their margarita pitchers as $30, and no other price is listed. Sounds like a great deal, right? Well, apparently that is solely their happy hour price. The full price is $60 for a pitcher, and this is not labeled at all on the menu. After talking with a waitress and the manager, they were unable to point out the “correct” price of a margarita pitcher on the menu. They even agreed it should be there. This is deceptive. Management did no rectify this situation. Then, management claimed margarita pitchers are reserved for bar service only, not for table service. So not only did our party get charged for a menu item that was not appropriately labeled on the menu, but apparently we never should have received it in the first place.Save yourself some money and a headache and eat elsewhere.

5/5 Nachos with birria was excellent, with no skimping of toppings. The carne porteña was also very delicious. The meat was cooked to perfection, and the marinade came through with a subtle spicy aftertaste rather than overwhelmingly spicy. The molé which came with the dish was also a great accompaniment -- would highly recommend this dish for those who want to try Mexican food other than nachos and tacos.

Tostaditas de langosta and enchiladas divorciadas were both bangin'. Great drinks too!

This must be the best Mexican restaurant outside of Mexico. No kidding. Outstanding.

Stopped in here to greet friends who were having a dinner - I didn't stay long, but impressed by the staff entertaining the baby at the table and bringing out the high chair and helping the group get to start their order. Pitchers of margaritas and chips & guac were great starters, and their menu for tacos and more looks great- I'll have to come by to eat something and not just drink! They have seating outside and inside, as well as upstairs. Menus are on QR codes that download to a PDF. Screenshots of the menu in my photos uploaded.

Well this place is just delicious!! I keep coming back for brunch with my friends just to keep trying their amazing menu! Their margaritas are amazing and the food is even better! The steak chilaquiles was one of the best things I have ever had!

great birria tacos, juicy and savory. The outdoor seating is very cozy, and the service was great.

How does this place have 4.5???? Ordered and waited 30 minutes for food, absolute waste of time. Restaurant wasn't busy with construction ongoing in the background. Had to get up and ask to check with the kitchen. We left with empty stomachs

Delicious food, friendly service, nice ambiance. We got our drinks first, food promptly followed, our server was polite but not overbearing and let us enjoy our conversation. A solid option at a reasonable price point, as it is hard to find good Mexican cuisine in NYC (coming from someone who lived in California)

I found this place by accident, but it’s amazing! Their salad is to die for, it’s spicy and unique— I haven’t tried anything like it. They also have great blended margaritas in a variety of yummy flavors. All the food is beautifully presented, and it’s overall just a great fresh twist on Mexican. My favorite Mexican place in NYC.

We came here for a birthday celebration and had a wonderful time. We called ahead of time to reserve a table for 8 and told them we would be bringing a cake. We ordered everything family style - the birria is as good as all the reviews say. We also loved the huitlacoche quesadilla, the elote, the fish. The cocktails can be made by the pitcher which was perfect for a group size. We also ordered micheladas which were savory and spicy. Servers were super attentive and very accommodating. A great place for a private party or big table.

Amazing experience The food, the service, and the cocktails. Everything was wonderful. We had the concha french toast, the huevos montullenos, the pork sliders, and a side of bacon (not on the menu but allowed). Mimosas and margaritas also recommended. Great atmosphere, decent seating, only one bathroom for all. Definitely going back.

Came here for bottomless brunch with a bunch of friends on a Saturday! (Brunch ends at 3:30 - we had reservations for 3 and were running a bit late but made it just in time to do bottomless!) They have a deal $40 for an entree and bottomless for 90 minutes. (I like that they include margs in the bottomless because I'm not a big mimosa / bellini / sangria fan) We had a variety of flavors to choose from for the margs - I went with mango & each time I got another one, it tasted different? Haha I'm not complaining - just a bit weird - lacked consistency! My group ordered a variety of drinks - mimosas (peach flavored) & sangria which they said were pretty good! For bottomless, the drinks were decently stronger than average which was a nice surprise! As far as food, you have a choice from tacos, egg & regular brunch entrees such as French toast! I got the "TACOS CAMPECHANOS DE LANGOSTA" which turned out to be flavorful! The tacos come with (2) per order! One thing I didn't understand was that the brunch menu has guacamole stated right before all the entrees making it look like it's included in the $40, but we ended up getting charged! Other than that, I would probably come back especially in a large group.

Came here for brunch and enjoyed it. Nice atmosphere inside and good variety on the menu. Drinks were creative and strong! I got the margarita that had pear purée in it I believe which was refreshing. As for food, I got the machete with chicken which was basically like a huge quesadilla rolled up like a taco.
