Toalache on the UES is our favorite restaurant! The food is consistently delicious and the service is very good. Our favorites are the guacamole and Tacos, but you cannot go wrong with any of the menu items! Oh and the margaritas are consistently delicious!

They didn't rush us but didn't disappear - key for me. I had the NY Strip & the Maître D' offered that it's his favorite sauce of this chef - and it was a sincere compliment of my choice. Who doesn't like that - and it was fantastic!

Great Mexican fare food. Was there for dinner, had carnitas tacos as appetizer and the special fish that was perfectly cooked tasty. The only part that could have been better were the tortillas, as they were too thin and broke.

I ordered the truffle quesadillas - the flavor was great but the portion is so incredibly small. I thought the interiors and ambiance did not match the higher price point of the restaurant.

Was actually surprised with this place. Bartenders and drinks were on fire. Food was really good, but portions were on the smaller side. Place is definitely worth it for the drinks.
