Delicious Food, but disappointing service and loud atmosphere. I invited my senior mom for lunch at Tommy Bahama. We've dined at this restaurant before and usually enjoy the experience, but this recent visit fell short-mainly due to service and noise levels. While the food was flavorful and well-prepared, the service left a lot to be desired. Our server was absent for long stretches, requiring us to flag down the hostess just to place our order. If took at least 25 mins....
Excellent food and service. We dine here often when we visit New Your City and it never disappoints. The management is attentive, as well as the staff, which shows they truly care about the customers who pass through their doors.
People caught on that this restaurant is very good. Conveniently, it is close to my office at Ford Harrison on Madison Avenue. I practice employment law, primarily for restaurants. As a consequence, I have reason to go to NYC restaurants frequently. This one is quick, fairly reasonably priced and I like the new menu (although I miss the branzino from the prior menu). I'll be back. GBR
