Good place but they’re a little full of themselves. They have me a paper bag which ripped within 2 mins. They gave me an extra bagel and made it seem like they did me a solid. It’s getting expensive for the extra toppings. That’s my main complaint.

I love this place been going here since the day it opened but the workers could be a bit friendlier, every time I go in I say good morning and get no response I even tapped a girl who took my order and said before you take my order I said good morning morning and she just smiled, the guy at the register is also a bit rude snatching tickets from your hand and never had a smile, if the bagels weren’t so good I would stop going because of the rudeness you deal with.

I got lox on an everything bagel and it was really good!! The bagels didn’t seem that fresh to me though, kinda stale rip. It’s good, but I’d rather go other places!

My favourite bagel place in New York. Get a bagel sandwich or just a bagel w/ cream cheese. Either will blow you away. Hoping to visit more to try the rest of the menu, but this is one of the spots I make sure to go to every time I'm in NYC. Another plus: it's right by Tompkins Square Park.
The cappuccino and cream cheese bagel is so good, 9.2/10!

I never thought I’d be writing a review about straws , but it’s annoying as this point. I come here everyday, and love the food, but continuously waste money on the coffee. After about 2 or 3 sips, the plastic straws completely break down. I told the manager a month or so back about this, but they still have not been changed back to the paper straws or another alternative. It’s gotten to the point where I may no longer come back as I can’t even drink the coffee that I purchase without having to take the lid off and drink it like it’s hot coffee. Again, it feels weird to write a review to complain about straws, but they are completely unusable. I have submitted pictures below.
