Love the selection here. Have been multiple times and tried both the sandwiches and the humane bagels and never been disappointed. There is usually no place to sit because it's busy but there's a park close by which is a good option

Line moved super fast. Staff was very friendly. Clean inside and had so many drink options opposite the counter. Bagels were fire. I would assume everything is amazing. Got a sesame bagel with lox, tomato, onion and capers and the weezer. Ate in the park next to it.

Such a cute high quality cafe with tons of customizable breakfast options, great-looking pastries, and a large selection of juices and drinks to-go. Service was incredible too!

Crowded place for the morning-get-to -work gang. Get in line and keep it moving! Visiting NYC for a convention and my first time purchasing a bagel with no hole in the center. The king size bagel sandwich was no disappointment. Delish! Beware they charge you 3% for credit card purchase.

Long overdue review for the sweetheart of an owner who gave me a dozen bagels at the end of the day in varieties! This spot donates their day old bagels to a charity and i just happened to be in the right place at the right time which afforded me this privilege. This location is mobbed on the weekends for brunch which if you know anything about the east village basically means all day so go during the week . Pros the bagels are fresh and plenty of spreads to choose from. A little pricey but that's Manhattan !

We came a little before noon on a Friday and it was packed inside. Thankfully you can order in line so by the time you pay, your order is ready, props to efficiency! We shared the Lox Special on an Everything and a BEC on a French Toast. The Lox Special had all the fixings of a usual lox bagel with cream cheese, tomatoes, onions, and capers. This was good but dare I say there's too much cream cheese? Maybe it's the Californian in me but I hate biting into the sandwich and the cream cheese oozing out the sides, it just feels like a waste. Besides that, it was a great bagel. The BEC on a French Toast bagel though? This was delicious. The bagel was recommended by the girl taking her order and it was soo good. Since the bagel has salty/sweet elements, it's very reminiscent of a Mcdonald's McGriddle. On our last day, I ordered another BEC on an everything before our flight and it was good but the french toast was much better. I can't wait to come back to NY for this.

I'm not from New York, but before coming to Manhattan I researched for 6 hours for the best bagel, and this was it. Mind blowing.

The bagels were good, but were not toasted. It is was not packed when we went there compared to when we went a few months back. Me and my partner came a second time as the bagels were very good even though they were pricey. Customer service had also been nice the first time around. However, we went back today and was treated very rudely by the person on the register. He made us get the food ourselves while handing it to others sitting down just like us. I asked him what was on the Lox Deluxe Bagel and he annoyingly told me to just read the sign they had out front. But then continued to say "Tomatoes, capers, and onions". I also work in customer service and just was overall appalled by the lack of customer service decency. Go here if you want an overpriced bagel but it seems like they don't even appreciate their customers. The service really ruined the meal for me.

-The wheezer is MASSIVEEEEEE and AMAZING, the cream cheese melts into creamy goodness. -Very fairly priced for the quality and amount of food, and the service is amazing!!!!! -I think I tried around 10 different samples of their cream cheeses because the guy kept recommending me to try different ones, I wish I had one in DC definitely a good way to start the day

Dethroned our favorite place for 5 years as the best bagel in NYC... and we have had plenty of bagels. We got the Stutto with regular chicken salad and a everything bagel with lox dill cream cheese. Both get a 10/10 from us
