The spicy miso ramen is my ultimate favorite, add a side of takoyaki and is literally heaven.

Reliable. Dependable. Excellent. Spicy Paitan with a hard boiled egg and a pork bun for a starter. I don't know if there is a better meal for when there is a chill in the air.

Totto Ramen is the best ramen on the planet. Discovered it when I was in college and living in the city...but I still come down from Albany to get the best ramen ever. The stock they use is magical and I will always make totto a go to! I didn't catch her name but the waitress was super nice and even bought chairs out for us outside when we were waiting for them to open for dinner! Thanks so much as always!

Don’t recommend, and I will NEVER come back.
The egg is cold in the ramen. Soup is very very salty.
The staff is rude enough to ruin your day!!! It was bearable until I was going to pay my dinner - they asked me to choose tip even without giving me the receipt + they didn’t give me the pos machine just hold it firmly to stare at me entering tip amount…
This place may be good a few years ago, but it changed. I am so disappointed by its quality and service now.

One of the best ramen places in the City! I’ve been here countless times and it’s always amazing. The appetizers are great too. Cute restaurant and very helpful staff. The food is a great value for the money. Definitely recommend!

Outstanding ramen. Fantastic thick soup base. We had the classic paitan with chicken and the spicy paitan with chasu. Also had their excellent takoyaki. Reading the other reviews, it seems they had some quality control problems before, but it was in tip top shape when we went for an early lunch and there weren't that many people. We also saw the chef training a new kitchen staff.

we ordered a delux paitan which is basically metalover's ramen. The chiachiu is ok. The braised pork belly is a failure--too lean and too dry, so much so that you need floss after every bite, not to mention there is some weird sour flavor which is not pleasing. No ramen egg (what a surprise). Vegie is a joke. The mushed meat is good tho.

We ordered the chicken ramen and the spicy chicken ramen. It was very delicious! I got to practice a little Japanese with one of the staff. We arrived a few minutes before 5pm on a Thursday night and there was no wait. We had the whole restaurant to ourselves.

Meh.. I’ve eaten at Totto for years (granted not this location) and always walked out happy and satisfied. Not this time. Broth was bland (did they give me just hot water??), blackened a avacado, little noodles. I’ve always preferred Totto over every other ramen place, but if this is the new veggie ramen, I am not spending another $20 to get a bowl of hot water and noodles.
Tourist BEWARE!
Service: Don’t know what to say…but long story short, everything was fine until we pay. The staff literally decided our tips for us and asked us pay. Very offended.
Food: The broth is a thicker paitan instead of the traditional light ones. Overall taste is really good if you like tons of scallions. I added a flavored egg; the flavor is nice but a bit too salty.
Ambiance: small and casual.
