I had to come back to review it 2 weeks after eating here because It is still the best ramen I had in the States so far while travelling here. And also up there with one of the best I had overall, including those I had in Japan. I had the 'best seller' spicy ramen and it was great. The broth is very creamy, meat was tender, noodles are perfect, the draught beer was very cold and the staff was super friendly and welcoming, even if I walked in right before closing time.

Service takes here too long - waited almost an hour. Ramen flavor is good, even though limited ingredient choices

This is one of my favorite ramens in the city now! The broth is unbelievably rich and creamy, and the meat is tender. No reservations but we came for dinner on a weeknight and there were plenty of tables open.

Solid ramen choice if you want a lighter broth. Got the Paitan Ramen and it was satisfying and filling.

I can understand why there are so few reviews from Japanese people lately.
This is what mega ramen looks like.
The vegetables were mediocre, the noodles were few and the soup was warm, and the char siu had a lot of hard parts and was greasy.
I cannot recommend it and will never go there again.

The vegetarian ramen tasted like water and chili oil without any other flavors. The pork ramen was ok but nothing to write home about.

Tried out the summer special tsukemen at @totto_ramen and the broth is very thick and has a slight citrusy flavor to make it more refreshing. Noodles are pretty bouncy and chewy. Overall good but not the best I’ve had in NYC. It would be a lot better if the broth can come out hotter.
Very tasty
Good service
The acoustics of the place are not that good

This was an amazing experience!
i got their Pork bun and the Spicy Mega Pai-tan bowl. They were so fücking good. The pork bun tasted like heaven. The ramen bowl was to die forrrr.
My friend got the Fire bird Paitan(i hope that’s the right name) and she loved it toooo.
I tried Japanese soda for the first time and it had a very unique taste. It didn’t taste like any of the popular sodas, it just tasted…different (get it?)
10/10 experience. I will definitely be back <3
