3/5. char siu pork was okay; a bit dry. pork belly chunks were good though; it was the only good part of the mega ramen. eggs were slightly overcooked where the yolk was no longer a nice orange and started being yellow. veggies were okay. noodles were okay; they were only good because the broth was very rich (a bit too salty)

I think it’s very impolite to ask guests to pay the tips in a Japanese restaurant. It’s not Japanese culture. You should learn about おもてなし instead of charging tips. And you are not any kind of luxury restaurant. No service deserves any tips.
