If I can click no stars I would. The prices are so random and were not listed by any tags. My parents went to ask for the price for a certain cake and was told cheaper than when I went in to ask by a whole 20 bucks. They give older folks a cheaper price and call for a higher price when it comes to younger customers. I eventually still went and placed a preorder for a cake and asked them if they were going to make a new cake the next day for the preorder and they claimed yes. However I kept a picture of the old cake and went in to pick up my cake the next day and compared it with the picture and it was the cake from yesterday. They refused to give a refund and continued to argue when the prove was in front of them.

They only serve people who they recognized, they let new customers stand there and hiding behind the table.

Go to Safeway or any other basic grocery store for pastries & coffee, it will be the same but cheaper.

My family recently visited your restaurant in Chinatown NY for the first time and truly had such a special family moment. My son has been so sad through his dad’s whole chemo process and your birthday cake macaron really brightened up his day! The atmosphere when I walked in was very cozy and definitely gave old school “Paris bakery” vibes. It was almost like a fun surprise to walk through the door because everything was so authentically Paris! Thank you for sprinkling in a bit of magic to our cancer journeys and creating a space where we could all relax and escape for a few minutes!

Great selection. We came here to get a cake for my wife's birthday. The staff was very helpful and recconmended a great cake. They even gave us a cake cutter, matches for the candles, and forks. A great experience and the cake was delicious.

I usually go early before I go to work, I never find variety. Few products are sold. The taste really isn't that good for what it costs. Although it is a bit cheaper than the Korea Town location (Korea Town has a much wider variety of products from Bakery, Desserts and Cakes to birthdays). I haven't tried the coffee yet, but we'll see later. You can stop by if you're looking for a simple and quick snack but at a bit of a high cost

Such a great selection of baked goods! I bought three different types of breads and buns to try and all of them were so soft and delicious. I love that they weren't too sweet and very affordable! The next time I visit here, I'm definitely going to purchase more as gifts.

Tous Les Jours has great service. The waiters speak Mandarin and are very patient. I bought a birthday cake for my friend, as well as cantaloupe cannoli and small square buns. I will choose this store to buy birthday cakes and cakes in the future. Dessert~

Nice clean place with tasty whole cakes and the fluffiest sweet bread loaf in Chinatown. Also a nice place to sit down and relax after touring around in

Very limited selections and it’s not even good quality. I got the cream bread loaf and there’s barely any cream.

Came in to pick a cake for my father’s birthday and as I’m looking at the very few choices, the lady comes up to me and bombards me with questions even though I asked for a minute, very pushy. I ended up choosing a small holiday cake for $40 and I asked if it was fresh, the lady said yes. Next day, when we cut the cake and eat it, it’s stale, dry, and overly sweet, even for a cake. I will never be going here again, there are much better bakeries in Chinatown.
