If you’re looking for AUTHENTIC real deal Mexican tacos this is not the spot for that. We ordered 2 orders of steak tacos ( tacos de bistec) and left pretty unsatisfied as a person of Mexican descent . 1.) The meat was not fresh, nor was it steak itself but more so like a mushy pork alike kind of meat . The tortillas were not fresh/authentic off the grill so don’t expect some banging tacos off the grill . 2) They added some sauce on my 2nd order of tacos after I told them to specifically keep it plain . Before we got our food I did ask the person behind the cashier if these were “authentic tacos “ and he even told me yes so I was pretty disappointed with the end result . 3) We get served what’s supposed to be “ Salsa Verde and Salsa Roja” which are sauces that are supposed to be spicy but when I dipped my taco in the red sauce it tasted like tomato sauce , no spice or zing to it . Ultimately we ordered only 2 orders of “steak “tacos and paid over $43 which is little overpriced for some tacos . As a food lover I really was quite left disappointed and had to end up getting tacos from the taco truck after . Overall the atmosphere is nice and vibey & so was their service , but the food does not compliment or represent the Mexican culture the way it should . Rating 1/10

The owner of the shop was taking orders. He was super inviting and great attitude. Food came out quickly and it was super good! I got the chicken taquitos and they were some of the best taquitos I’ve had. You also have to get the guacamole and chips. They were amazing!

Food and experience are both 10/10! Will blow you away, so much flavor! The owner was there and was so amazing and helpful, the atmosphere is so cute too but the food really stole the show. You can tell they really care about the quality of food they use as everything was very fresh. Quick and easy, Best food on macdougal!

LOVED this place. The space and vibe is amazing and the food is unreal. Taquitos we’re flavorful, chips were maybe the best chips I’ve had and clearly fresh made, and the quesadilla was creamy and cheesy with so much flavor. PLUS it’s in an awesome area right near everywhere you want to be after a good meal. Will definitely come back again, I’m already dreaming of those taquitos ??

on a chilly january night, me and my roommate decided to get some guac after a arduous workout. it was supposed to be just a quick food run. neither of us knew our experience would be one that not only altered our tastebuds but our lives. this guac, guys, let me tell you, was the best thing i’ve ever put in my mouth. salty, sweet, dare i say umami. wanted to lick that cast iron clean, but the constraints of society forced me to merely gaze longingly at the remnants of this heavenly green paste. thank you, tqto, i will be back. everyone will once i spread your message, for i am now a spiritual follower of your restaurant.
