Old time favorite! A beer & some Blue Point Oysters! Back in the day they were in Penn Station. ..just across the street! Missed my Blue Point Toadted Lager, this time not offered.
Tracks is a great sports bar located next to the Garden that serves excellent food.Their wings are among the very best anywhere.Oysters and shrimp are excellent.There isn't anything we've ordered that wasn't good.On our next visit, I am going to speak with the bartender about their old fashioneds to see if we can get them to upgrade to orange bitters and Luxardo cherries, maybe make it with a top shelf rye and call it The Engineers Old Fashioned, a House Specialty...
Good place to stop by if you're looking for a pre-theater meal or are just getting off the train. I was surprised that when I entered, I wasn't asked if I wanted to have a seat at the bar. Instead I was seated alone by the window booth for 4. Food was okay but satisfying.
