There is always an issue for me when I try to get breakfast. The chef is always annoyed, has an unpleasant demeanor when you ask questions. Shame because its super convenient / across the st from my job. Just want good services when your paying higher prices.

The mexican cook there will argue with you because HE messed up your order. I asked for a sausage egg and cheese w extra cheddar cheese, got a sausage egg and cheese with extra AMERICAN cheese. Went back to get my correct order and the cook was annoyed and argumentative and started questioning whether i paid for the extra cheese or not (spoiler: i did). That was my first time there, there certainly won’t be a second time.

I literally just left that store and the skinny male who made my smoothie was very rude!! I ordered the energizer and this would be my second time' first time it was mostly pink/red because the strawberries which is how i want it. This one was green, he made it watery and it had no ice or slush to it ... I said to the worker isn't it supposed to be pink/red? and i didnt taste the strawberry at all... He kept trying to ignore and goes to the food area and see who was waiting to order. I said no excuse me sir can you help me with my issue first.. He took about 6 guys money and handled they stuff. Once again i go excuse me and at this point just give me a refund and he said "Wait because I already your drink so you have to wait now" ... wow! When I first went there a woman made my smoothie and she was respectful and nice. Him on the other hand RUDE! Took over 10mins to get a refund. Wasted of my lunch break !

First time going here and the lady in the front did not seem very happy with serving people this morning. I ordered a fruit smoothie. It was terrible , tasted very artificial. They do no use fresh fruits and the drink is very watery.

I stopped in at Trader's Express Deli for breakfast as it was the only place that was open for breakfast in the Wall Street area that morning. They must open around 6:00am because they were really busy with locals who seemed to know the owners and cooks of the deli. I was starting "The Great Saunter" walk around Manhattan with a starting point at Fraunces Tavern and there was not much open around there that morning. I had a Sausage, Egg and Cheese on a roll and it really hit the spot. I was starved. The sandwich was delicious and was a nice combination of flavors. It was also generous in size and made the perfect breakfast. I plan on coming back if I stay in the area again. The service is really friendly and I like the way the staff and owner interact with their customers. It is a very friendly place to go to eat.

the worst deli on wall st!!!!!! super long lines and they will confirm your order several times and still get it wrong. no apologies. i will certainly never be seen back in this deli.

This place is utterly atrocious. I should have walked out the second I walked in and saw not one soul in the restaurant. But instead I politely asked if they were closing and she said not for another half hour. With a giant smile on my face I ordered the pastrami melt special as this was my last meal before my flight back home. I asked for extra mustard she handed me packets. I asked if I could please have the spicy one she said they didnt have any, I said it comes on the sandwich? She asked the guy to give me a side I said again thank you with a giant smile. I did not realize the cole slaw came on the sandwich which was clearly my mistake, but when I asked about the cheese which was clearly Swiss and was supposed to be provolone they assured me I was wrong and sent me on my merry way. They refused to take back the sandwich which I can’t eat cause I hate Swiss cheese. They were rude from the start and I’m shocked they made it through a pandemic. Horrible food and service
